When I attended art college many years ago, we were taught to hold our drawing tool this way in life drawing class. The reason why is to capture gestures more accurately. It does help in making an underdrawing. I believe that is why Mr. Larsen holds his tool this way. He probably does it to quickly make convention sketches.
cool, he's using the 'direct' drawing method: he didn't rough in lines and shapes with pencil and then tighten it up with inks; he went straight for the final line in ink.
I actually have 3 Spiderman comics featuring this man's artwork from 1990, it would be an honor to get an autograph from him with one of my comics and cool video 👍💯

Deadpool WILL win......He has No weakness, cant die, can teleport, Guns, speed, Swords, grenades, and humor....not a deep ass voice thats so frickin irritating......For example, if Batman rolls Deadpool over with the Batmobile, Deadpool will like fall into pieces and still be alive....his head will separate from his body and still be talkin shit to batman...he can also assemble himself. Play Deadpool the vid game and u will be convinced that he is one of the most badass heroes.....

To answer Batman vs Savage Dragon, in an ideal universe, Savage Dragon would, now lemme explain. Batman has insanely nice villains, no joke, I mean Joker and Penguin and hell even Poison Ivy have all hit him with Knockout Gas... Like why not let it just be Poison? Also Joker fired a Rocket at Batman and it hit him, but it was like a sort wrapping jacket type thing, I mean couldn't it have jus been a real rocket??? And Savage Dragon just doesn't play like that.

Hes drawn spiderman so many times in his career...after the millionth time, he doesn't need to sketch or rough anything out.
