This feels like a Kerbal Space Program way of making a gundam, in that game you can turn the heaviest brick into a functional flying vehicle with enough rockets, this "Boss Guns to big, it keeps breaking arms. Boss: So, add more arms?"
I'm just wondering... wouldn't you want the backpack to house a fifth additional arm? that way it could get off all five shots with the magnum, and still be able to swap in a fresh arm. Or is the whole thought process here that if it can't achieve whatever it was trying to do with five shots, then it really doesn't need that arm for anything?
The design is cool looking but the concept of replacing the arms just from shooting the magnum is kinda silly. Instead the arms should've been weapons itself, like a Megaman blaster arm or something and each arm has a different function.
Yeah, that's right. But I'm just guessing from the story. Mineva Faction probably didn't have many resources after Laplace Incident (losing their sponsor?), so they retrieve Gael Chan' Silver Bullet and developed it with some spare parts from Unicorn & some Zeon MS leftover, maybe?
good idea for a unit that would only ever snipe its targets and not need a lot of articulation to hit fixed targets(unlike what it did in the movie). They only had one Beam Magnum and possibly less time/material to integrate the weapon into an arm. plus having the weapon separate allowed it to be hidden when not in use. You wouldn't want to start taking this really powerful weapon apart and then modifying it beyond its original specs/mounting design only for it to fail (possibly spectacularly)and damage/destroy everything and or just the critical parts you couldn't replace without rising suspicions you were arming your faction. Better to modify the Mobile Suit that would carry it.
I was pretty disappointed when I realized there was only one other exchangeable and articulated arm, but I think it might be possible to buy like a few others and get the other articulated ones onto the backpack.
I myself don't mind nub marks to much since I prefer to think of them as welding marks and dents that happen naturally to machines, but that's also just way I can make myself feel better when I mess up with my knife when cutting them off...

Well, I have been looking forward to this kit since February and after watching the review, all i can say is: Damn you bandai!
This I need! Always love black mobile suits. He'll look great next to the Gustav Karl.
Tbh that mechanics would look good if someone did a stop-motion video for this kit
3:49 I did not know the Silver bullet suppressor was that tall
"GUNPLAAR"
Love ya dude
All it would take is some dark blue and yellow in the right places... and we'd have a Silver Bullet Titans Version.
Gael chan should be proud
4:40 “the joints aren’t all that strong” * pushes it down *
I'm just wondering... wouldn't you want the backpack to house a fifth additional arm? that way it could get off all five shots with the magnum, and still be able to swap in a fresh arm. Or is the whole thought process here that if it can't achieve whatever it was trying to do with five shots, then it really doesn't need that arm for anything?
Gundam that breaks its arm everytime it attacks.
*Deku heavy breathing*
I can't believe they really went with getting more arms instead of making the arms more durable to withstand the beam magnum
I kinda curious about the backpack, new and very cool design, can't wait it come
The design is cool looking but the concept of replacing the arms just from shooting the magnum is kinda silly.
This was my first gunpla i built!
Hated the purple bits anyway, looks like it's an easy fix with a bit of paints =D
Can't wait to pickup up mine when it hits Malaysia finally
If you truly want to appreciate the Mk V/Doven Wolf frame then you have to buy the RD, which is also much more expensive than this.
RD?
@@RedStriker212 Robot damashii/spirits
I was pretty disappointed when I realized there was only one other exchangeable and articulated arm, but I think it might be possible to buy like a few others and get the other articulated ones onto the backpack.
I myself don't mind nub marks to much since I prefer to think of them as welding marks and dents that happen naturally to machines, but that's also just way I can make myself feel better when I mess up with my knife when cutting them off...
Where did you get the spinning base with the mirrored finish? That would look good with my MG Unicorn Extreme. 😋
This boi can use the arms as extra arms......he finally has a gundam that can beat gusion AND dandelion in a arm fight
one does not simply be a gundam one must earn the title
The wide spread open hands ARE mentioned in the instructions
So, did we ever find out who won the triple gundarium tier giveaway thing?
Hey Mecha What Happened to the 00 Seven Swords Shield Beam effect Boomerang?
did you do it? and I've missed or what?
also who's *Mega Guy Ketsu* that was mentioned in the beginning of the Perfect Grade gundam exia LED lighting Model review
