Phew I'm so glad you didn't keep digging behind that seat! Pretty sure I left my...umm...nevermind. Thanks for the shout out and for taking care of our red baby!
When will this be a permanent fixture at the Welker Farm? The red would go good with the white tractors. Then get a old blue Ford articulating tractor. The good ole red white and blue. I live the old ford tractors. We had a ford 9000 and it was the best tractor on the farm. The only diesel that would start in the winter in way up state NY near the border.
I've been looking for that makeup kit for months now! If you wonder why I've been looking a little bit fluffier in the last couple of videos It's because I can't hide my complexion. I'm not sure how I've been able to function without that kit for all these months!
Thank you Zack for making all these videos from an old farmer that has been out of the farm industry for a long time but truly enjoy being brought up to date on modern farming from another farmer gone construction worker .Ontario Canada
My grandfather fixed everything on our farm with baler wire and bacon grease, fast forward to today, these kids have Duct Tape and WD40, amazing progress.
Hey Zack, I just got five words for ya boy, "Damn glad to seeya boy!". I know it's that time of year and family must come first, but it is good to hear from you. Hoping you and your family have a happy and prosperous 2021.
Got 2 quads at home... 450 which is a growly girl at idle and on the field...picked up from hutterites... Manitoba thing... tinted and red under glow... love it lol... and a 485... both are amazing machines
Thanks for the video. Appreciate the run down on the Case tractor. Was interesting. Very nice machine for sure. Enjoyed all the odds and ends on the video. You take care Zach. Iowa farm boy from years ago.
We run a 580 and 450 quadtrac on our farm . We run 36 inch tracks to stop the dirt from building up between the track and the final drives. We just purchased the 450 but the quads are a nice machine. We run johndeere machines as well but we traded off a 8370rt for the 450 quadtrac. The green machines are nice but case has a better 4 tracked machine and the case machines have plenty of power . We priced a new johndeere and the used case 450 was better for us . We farm 5200 acres here in Michigan plus we custom farm. Nice honest review great video as always.
The clean-out segment....lol. That was hilarious. Good look into that tractor. Watched it on both yours and Welker's channel. Impressive unit for sure.
Just a quick message to say great video as always and that I'm the proud owner of a millennial farmer hooded top I got from my son.... Its being worn constantly in sunny Aberdeenshire Scotland 👍👌
It is nice to see the new Quad Trac. It would be awesome if they had those in my day of running a tractor in the bottom land of southeast Texas.. We planted Watermellon and Cantalope.
Hey there Zack, ii am a truck driver and have driven that particular model of Peterbilt, to fix the door clicking, tighten the 2 bolts on the piece that has the metal arm going into the door. Peterbilts are know for that on the 579s
Happy new year MN family from Australia. Hope your new year is all good mate and you and the family stay safe. Keep up the more then enjoyable content and the hounds don't get too outrageous and you can control all the deere's around the yard.
12:48 your cab view with the skid steer and tractor-trailor down below you really shows the size. BTW it is very likely that I did the test drives and final vehical inspections on your tractor, as I was being trained in around then, but I know I definitely machined around 100 parts of it. I sincerely hope everything is still good. Thank you.
Zack, I have been over on the Welker's channel for a while now, its great to see how you guys get thousands of comments and respond to a few. Everyone knows you can't get to them all but, and this is from a Gen-X'er but we don't get butthurt or upset if you can't respond to everyone everytime. (Of course you should with Becky make some participation stickers for the Millennial's so they feel validation 🤣) Keep on keeping on, we love the content!
I love Peterbilt and Kenworths. Welcome to the Peterbilt fleet. We have 2 Peterbilts. 1 is a 1976 Peterbilt 359 and the other is a 1994 Peterbilt 378. Both have 3406 Cat engines.
Zach just watched your dirt track race video from a while back and absolutely loved it! Was a nice change of pace! Would love to see some more motor sports videos! Keep up the good work!!
Happy New Year to the all the folks on the Johnson farm, and to all of your family Zach. Health, happiness and great success in the coming New Year! You have enriched my life!
Zach, The problem with the door might not be in the door. It could be a broken pivot pin in the side that fixes to the pillar. I've seen this before where the pivot breaks in two. If you open and close the door as much as you can while watching the top of the pivot you will be able to see the top of the pivot move from side to side (when it should be fixed).
Zack that's great I'd call CASE tomorrow but I'm glad they will be closed. I mean seriously a 620 on a 1 acre trac of land. I totally need something bigger. 👍👍👍
In Indiana this morning a 27 yr old was killed when he was loading a semi with corn and the bottom of the grain bin collapsed dumping all the corn on him. He was trapped between truck and bin. So very sad. Stay safe!
Zach the door hinges on your 579 that are making the creaking noise is the two ten millmeter bolts on the pillar. they have a tendecy to work themselves loose over time. This is a common issue on all Peterbilt and Kenworth Areo cabs. love the content from Jared at Greatwest Kenworth Calgary AB
Sounds like you need a couple door check straps. That’s the clicking sound from your door. Love watching the videos. I’m not a farmer but I am a heavy duty mechanic and love everything John Deere. Also love watching your racing videos when ever you put them on having been on a pit crew for a Northeast Dirt modified and also for a go cart team.
Pete tech here. Those door stops are always noisy. Keep an eye on the bolts that hold that stop to the door frame. Its common for them to come loose then break off. Some lock tight usually helps. Some heavy spray lube like Cheetah Grease helps with the noise.
LOL!! I am sure that LegArms is going to love you for that. He's probably laughing his butt off, scheming on how he's going to get you back for that. Whatever you get, you will have to live with. Happy New Year!!!
In one of Larson Farms videos they touch on mud build up on their quad tracks and they highly recommend the wider tracks which are closer to the body/ main frame which helps a lot in keeping the inner tracks clean
Thanks to Case IH and Welker Farms for the opportunity! Go check out "Welker Farms" channel!
Are you ready for planting season?
Can your Send Welker Brothers a 9rx them must be saying what the heck is that.
Nice Tractor.
Do you have a good Christmas
How do I get your farm on farming Simulator 19
Phew I'm so glad you didn't keep digging behind that seat! Pretty sure I left my...umm...nevermind. Thanks for the shout out and for taking care of our red baby!
I was too scared to keep going!
Lmao
When will this be a permanent fixture at the Welker Farm? The red would go good with the white tractors. Then get a old blue Ford articulating tractor. The good ole red white and blue. @@hillbillyhicks8102 Nope, they need to Quad Track a Bud... a Bud-Track
I totally believed those were Welker items in the cab; hook, line and sinker!

I think grain dust works like make-up for complection too. Use a shop broom to apply.
Anyone else hear an uneasy silence followed by nervous laughter? I never judge people only profile. You guys are great .
That's just won the internet :D
Lmbo
Leg arms you got some splanin to do!! 🤣🤣🤣💄👄💅
I loved the ending. The Welkers have a lot of explaining to do.
😉 🤔 ☺️
@@WelkerFarms I love that 😂🤣🤣
@@WelkerFarms lol bud
They sure do. What is going on up north too close to Canada maybe? Happy New Year to you all.
That was great!😂
Loved the good natured ribbing at the Welkers!!! Thank you for an unbiased opinion of the tractor. I am glad you got the opportunity to run it.
We've missed you Zak ! Hope you're having a great break and you have all had a lovely Christmas 🎄!
The autofocus on the camera is going nuts.
Yes. 2 different cameras have been ordered to try. It's been bugging me
@@MillennialFarmer Thank you for that. While the video is very informative it makes it difficult to watch when cameras do wonky stuff.
@@MillennialFarmer you should get a Sony zv1 with a wide angle adapter, or a good smartphone camera. Those are good cameras
@@TheOneSaskatchewanFarmBoy I have a ZV1 on the desk! Haven't used it yet
@@MillennialFarmer thank god that's it. Thought I was going to have to stop day drinking

“Nick’s favorite doll”
This is why I love this channel 😂
😂😂
I used to procrastinate all the time, but now I just put it off. Thanks to you and the Welkers! How can anyone not like them too.
Excellent review from a practical operator point of view and your brief experience with this machine.
My grandfather fixed everything on our farm with baler wire and bacon grease, fast forward to today, these kids have Duct Tape and WD40, amazing progress.

Happy 21 to the Zak & Family and u tubers from Sunny Western Australia
Kris and his family from poland wish you all the best for you and your family in the coming New Year!
"I like to procrastinate until the very last minute", boy that's an understatement.....
That 579 needs a “door stop”
About $100 at the local Peterbilt dealer.
Have to take the door panel off to replace it.
Mine does it too, so annoying 🤪
Thanks for the video. Appreciate the run down on the Case tractor. Was interesting. Very nice machine for sure. Enjoyed all the odds and ends on the video. You take care Zach. Iowa farm boy from years ago.

It is nice to see the new Quad Trac.

Our local dealer likes to leave stuff they know we like on the farm to see if we will eventually just buy it.
😂 it's genius!
That’s called the puppy dog sales approach.... like a cute puppy dog, If you take it home the chances of not purchasing are very slim
I guess they know it's safe there and plus it's in your face so you get tempted to purchase it
Try this tool,,, works on me every time
Then when you think they will never come to get it, you put more hours on it, THEN they come AND you get charged more because you used it 😂
The Welkers forgot to tell you the tractor is your Christmas present for this year
Happy new year MN family from Australia. Hope your new year is all good mate and you and the family stay safe. Keep up the more then enjoyable content and the hounds don't get too outrageous and you can control all the deere's around the yard.
