I am normally a weight lifter. I injured my MCL biking and have found myself struggling with finding good workouts while I recover. It was suggested I try Pilates. Let me just say that you look so at ease and graceful doing this! I, on the other hand, felt more like a cow crashing around my living room 🤣. I definitely found where my weaknesses are. Also, no knee pain doing this. I may have to find a more beginner video next time, but I enjoyed it regardless!

I am a somewhat fit 64-year-old And have been looking for Pilates since I studied dance in my teens and early 20s and love the strengthening and balance component of it; stretching and it is low impact. Love how you keep going for flow - no talking and I love the music. This should be a great companion with my swimming. Thank you!

NOW I "WANT" to go to Pilates & in a weird way so happy I was lead to this. I have a shoulder injury that has kept me even from cardio. Everything inflames it. This workout had the perfect speed to keep my brain engaged and was a great step towards exercising again. I am so thankful. Also, the music was awesome.

This was not quite what I wanted when I clicked on the video (I was looking for more intense cardio pilates), but I will definitely come back to this video when I'm looking for a less-intense exercise. I think a voice-over describing the movements and encouraging the audience could be helpful, too!
