'you were quite pissed at this point weren't you'. WOW!! no professional barrister would use terms or language like that. she really needs to work on her courtroom etiquette if she wants to succeed and should avoid using slang language. depending on the judge (the older ones) that kind of talk could lose her a trial.

what could you expect from a person who had bachelors in theatre.. Bullshit. people. Ask me about the best university for GDL , worst is BPP and University of LAw.
In my case , at UoL , despite I have clearly written I have completed masters in UK. I am being asked to take IELTS , upon rectifying them, I am being told its human error so forgive them. Imagine what shit they would teach

Charlene Nolan 86 LOL ! That' was the first thing I picked up straight up too Charlene . Not that I'm a lawyer -I'm NOT !" But I don't think any judge would appreciate any council whether solicitor or barrister .Say you are pissed as a question ....I think they could say that as what a person (witness had saiid in context ) But NOT !"you were asking or stating a fact ." " I think the judge would have a little word in councils ear in chambers if they said that .BUT like I said I'm not a lawyer .....I'm assuming this .

Court is like watching a bad movie.
Lawyers are there to represent you in which to protect you against money you might lose, as if you're lawyers can prevent that.
The judge is a law student who marks his own papers.
    Your job is to aquiesse.

Ah ha ha...'a bling' thats actually quite a rumpole/uncle tom moment there...although I suppose the eccentric ways of the galavanting legal hack will probably die out too before long as everyone gets more 'specilised' which I think is a real shame...I think there needs to be the odd bit of railing against windmills in the legal profession, as elsewhere, because you never know if there will be the odd giant hiding behind one.

why don't you all start at making it compulsory for all persons involved in court cases to show identity proof as on the 9th march 2018 at 2pm at the city and mayor's county court London an imposter posed as the head of the UK Government's Head of Legal Department,&he's yet to be charged!

And what is she suppose to sound like? My mother's family are Black West Indians and they speak very properly. You must be a silly American. The reason black Americans sound so different from whites, is because of such a long level of oppressed segregation, where they were not educated and left out of institutions of higher education and had to learn to speak as best they can. Many white Americans also cannot speak well. I am a British/U.S. dual citizen with a British father and West Indian mom.

kay jay you had a point but I feel it would have been better if you didn't contradict yourself by in a sense potraying the say behaviour and retaliating and using the term "silly American" in that manner

Ellecia I said that Charlene as well ....I don't think that would be exceptble" language to use in court even for layman trying to defend himself o herself let a lone a solicitor or barrister asking a question like that .I think it would be seriously frown apron by the judge .

Regardless of the type of interview a person goes for, they are always under observation at some point. Never put footwear onto a table or chair as that is seen as negative as in rude behaviour. Other people have to use the furniture and do not want "dirt", such as dog faecal material transferred to their articles of clothing and books, etc.
    'nuf sed.

What a terribly wasteful system if only one in five people make it to the bar (into the bar?!), if that is true then maybe this system should be changed? And if you can afford £12,000 for a one-year course then you have a chance of getting a job but so many people could never afford this or to take the risk that it might be money in the bin so probably the bar doesn't represent the people. What happens to all those who are rejected, can this training be helpful for other jobs?
