The scene which introduced *Anne Lister* was filmed in *Little Germany, Bradford.* Those same streets have been used in at least 20 different productions in the last 10 years alone with the some of the most recent ones being *Downton Abbey* (2019), *Peaky Blinders* and *The ABC Murders.* She parks the stagecoach on *Cater Street* which is around the back of: Tommy's factory in *Peaky Blinders,* The theatre exterior in *The ABC Murders,* and The place where the Beligians are hiding out in the flashback scenes of *The ABC Murders.* The entrance to that warehouse building is around the other side on *Hick Street.* You'll see her and other characters jumping between *Cater Street, Bradford* and *Queen Street, Huddersfield* throughout the series whenever they go to "town." Sometimes it will have a computer-generated view of *Halifax* in the background whenever they go to the "bank" in "town".
I’m not one to be interested in these types of shows but this one is Produced, Directed & acted so well I’m giving it a shoutout. I also think the musical score and costumes on the series are brilliant! I’m a huge fan of Anne Lister now!!
I'm like only 2 mins in and I really see myself in your reactions. It's amazingly empowering to see this character on TV; and I only wish I'd have this kind of role model (well, she's not perfect, but you get the drift) when I was a kid growing up.
I hope your eyesight would get better soon! Some of my friends came by and we watched several of your previous reaction videos, and they really liked you and Rachel! And the cats! :D Oh, and one of my friends thought it's fun when Rachel's a bit skeptic about the story line sometimes and you're trying to win her over!!! :D Love you guys! Thanks much!
Superb series. I will definitely be visiting Shibden as its barely 30 miles away. Once again ,and almost to be taken for granted is the standard of the acting and writing as I have come to expect effortless quality from Suranne and Sally Wainwright. I love the way in one scene as "Jack" is purposefuly marching out the door she turns to father ,by way of goodbye and says "Don`t lose anymore colonies Captain". Her father was in the British Army at Lexington and Concord. Classy, funny line used almost as a throw away without lingering to explain. Father is Timothy West a great British actor ,here alongside many other familiar faces. Great performance from Gemma Whelan, last seen sailing back to the Iron Islands .
Are your reaction videos for GJ uploaded anywhere else? BBC has blocked most of them in the UK (although I can see this one). They are great and would love to view more.
I lost access to my method of watching the episodes, so I'm looking for other (legal) avenues. I'm planning on purchasing the season so will make the reactions as soon as I can!
@@galpash4880 it's okay. :) No pressure. But really, your reactions and theories on it are the ones I'm excited for! You're my best reactor for Killing Eve.

Gal Pash you can always create a trial account on HBO with an alternate email, or is that not an option?
