@@QuadStar721i have read that the adapter has "rev hang", off throttle situations there is a slight delay. Do you experience that? Would you recommend tapping the manifold or the adapter. I am taking off the manifold for the ribbon delete, either way works. I just want the best recommendation from experienced techs. Please help.
With Turbosmart bov and fizzle charge tube it just barely fit. It does rub on your stock intake box. Be better to have an after market intake like Worx Racing or Riva tho..
The 1800R is the same all the way to 2022. Some of the parts from my 2019 will fit the new ones. Check 4-tecperformance.com They always have good deals there and they take good care of their customers 😎
They say you can tap into map sensor or drill and tap manifold. Did some research and found it better to tap into side of manifold. Also have a vid showing how I did it
@@henrythompson5624 I removed the T and tapped into the manifold. Per Jerry at greenhulk we are not supposed to tap into the map sensor for the boost signal as it causes fueling issues. I have anther vid showing how I did that
@@QuadStar721 i just bought the WORX Yamaha Intake Manifold Adaptor for front side of manifold where its already tapped..bought off of greenhulk for 65$
I trim the top of the BOV hose end to give extra clearance to the stock airbox.
Hi mate cheers for video, don’t suppose you have a video of how it sounds on the water please ??
Thanks for this great video ,
You are welcome. Thank you for watching. Any questions let me know
Link the BOV, how much should I be spending on one?
Which video did you show how you tapped into the manifold? I can't find it on your channel

Hey, is the new intake required if you put on the blow off valve?

What intake did you wind up going with if you did it?
See link below. I went with Riva Racing

Why did it sound horrible the first few times you rev , it up and then you started it a second time and it sounded normal?
Was a cold start and hadn’t turned on the water yet. Low revs to make sure it was all operational before I gave it the beans! Lol
Can I do this on my 2017?

U didn't have to drill manifold for the vacuum hose like other brands..?
