I have the exact same sub in my Peugeot RCZ Coupe. But we only swapped it into the 4ohm version. 😁 Mine is powered from an Audison Prima AP-F1D monoblock that gives it exactly 500watt RMS on 4ohm 🎶👍 Hits really hard and deep.. Even from my sealed closed boot.

JL TW3 clone it's going to be good, the natural test is the 10'' version against the Audison APBX 10'' running at the same power....

I have had the Audison apbx 8r it was decent but recently replaced it with the focal Bomba pb20 I found it sounded deeper

Do really like these subwoofer reviews.. I have a BMW e39 saloon that doesn't have a ski hatch or rear folding seats.. love the idea of this Hertz 12" but would it work in the sealed boot?? Or maybe could there be a future subwoofer review for a sealed saloon car many thanks and keep up the good worrk 😮

Planing to buy one in the next few weeks. Since I allready have Hertz hcp4 powering my speakers, would you say hcp1d would be a good match to the sub, as it has the same chasis like the hcp4... looks are important 😉
