And doesn't have to do anything with the actual stuff in the game. It's like they were sittin' and thinking "how we could call this, needs to sound catchy".
@@naezith Get a firmer grasp on aesthetic first and then a perfect choice will reveal itself. Aesthetic right now all over the place: Architecture is Modern, enemies are Cyberpunk and main protagonist is 17-18th century / fantasy. Phonk doesn't help either of them. I have nothing against pumpkin and design is nice, but it just doesn't fit everything else. Seems like Cyberpunk would be a better fit. Also if the game is not an arcade and does have story, you would probably want a character people can relate to. Cybernetically enhanced human, hybrid of human and animal, maybe some other type of mutant. That's just the tip of the iceberg, there is more interesting stuff you could come up with. Also the title of the game is not well chosen as it might be considered adult 18+ game (though I kinda understand the original intent behind it). "Meat" standing in slang for "male genitalia" and "Shot" well, you guessed it.
@@naezith I wouldn't try to be too quirky here, how about offering the player a fully customisable character, with male/female body types and different outfits/armors and helmets? That way it would appeal to everyone, and you'd have a hook to keep the players engaged.
I'm sorry bro I understand criticism but I promise you if this game dropped and you played as a gun-fu pumpkin headed dude, it'd be iconic eventually. I say keep the design. Maybe *add* to it, It's weird as hell and sticks out.
@@Oraciion_ Terrible advice. By going this route, the developer is painting themselves into a proverbial corner by strictly appealing to a limited demographic.
Prototype, vibes
The game looks cool, I hope it has a story to it and its not just waves of endless enemies. But the the name of it seems a bit sus no?
This looks fun as hell.
Now I wanna play My Friend Pedro
The games name is wild lol

This looks really Sick 🔥
This is so freaking awesome!! Looking forward to it! 😍😍
Is it possible to somehow make the gravity norm, the hero jumps almost flying into the stratosphere.
Sleepy hollow too?
MEAT
I'd like to try a demo.
This looks like one video game ass video game. Wishlisted
Looks cool, but... yeah. Pumpkin head is a big pass for me. Dunno, just doesn't appeal aesthetically.
Thank you so much, I get the pumpkin feedback a lot. Is there any alternative recommendation?
@@naezith either sexy chick or bad ass guy, this isn't complicated

@@naezith were you a big tf2 enjoyer seems like there's so many references to it lmao
Maybe hire a writer and make a proper game. Wtf is this cringeshit aesthetic, gameplay looks decent but man the rest is absolute ass.
Looks fun, but no sale until you change the protagonist into something non-stupid
