    It’s so funny to me that mainly gf American bakers discover the advantages of the metric system. It’s just numbers - you wanna make a third of the recipe - no problem! Except eggs -they’re kinda hard to get in thirds 😅
    Love your recipes and videos! Yours and „loopy whisks“ recipes are the best gf recipes I had in the last 20 years 👏🏻

      YESSSSSSS!! It's so much easier! I really wish everyone would just quit resisting it because they'd see that for themselves. I've got an easier way to divide eggs. Whisk the egg first and then divide that way. It works every time.
