Great video, love the segues. lol. Not sure why they would use plastic in the locker Instead of something a little harder tho, maybe even brass? Next video needs to be rebuilding a Ford 5.0L 🤣🤣🤣
Love this video and the cuts. You’re a talented man. You know my father Stephen. This is Johnathan ❤ love the video. Would def watch more of you. Haha 😎
HEY! Long time since I’ve seen you bud! Thanks for the feedback because I appreciate any and all critiquing. Hope I see you and your parents again soon!
This is a good point. Personally I’ve never liked the unpredictable unlocking nature of the Detroit. After replacing a Detroit in another persons rig to upgrade them to an air locker, I was fairly certain that I would stick to air/ e-lockers. This might be something worth making a video about.
@@mudtiremedia In a rear axle I prefer a auto locker like a Detroit over anything else, for the front I also like a Detroit locker unless the vehicle is used for driving in 4x4 on snowy roads often then I prefer a gear driven limited slip like a Truetrac. I am not a fan of selectable lockers at all, too much to go wrong with them and they aren't as strong.
Was cool to see a full detailed tear down of the zip locker! Good work
Great breakdown Dan. Glad we were able to assist with a solution best for you!
Nicely done.
Thank you! I’m slowly dialing in everything to get better shots and tell a better story.

Sweet vid! Greetings from the FB gear grp
Video skills have come along way since the GST! Lol
Haha very true! If only I had stayed in film school!
Should have went with a Detroit or Grizzly locker instead, you wouldn't have those problems.
