Hi Narada. I am so happy about your workout journey, and you look great. I pray that you heal from your plantar fasciitis. I know what you mean about foot pain. Years ago, taking those first steps out of bed in the morning, and walking was very painful for me. I went to a foot specialist and had some X-rays done. I found out I had heel spurs. The specialist gave me two shots in my foot one for inflammation and the other for pain. He also showed me some stretches to do for my feet, and he suggested I stop wearing flat shoes and wear shoes with an arch support. I was also fitted for orthotics. It was a process, but today my foot pain is gone.
@@AfrikanHairGod - In the beginning of does seem that way, but in time your feet will get better Narada, I promise they will. I had to adapt to my orthotics, I used to walk barefoot (with socks) in the house, I stopped doing that, with the Dr's recommendation. My mother used to tell us as children not to walk in the house barefoot. He told me to do my foot stretches so the tendon under my foot will stretch, because that's what was causing the pain. My heel spurs were pulling the tendons in my feet. I started wearing Crocs in the house, (with his nurse's recommendation), and I still do to this day. It became a habit. The specialist told me I will be able to wear flats again, but I only wear shoes with arch support. My feet are now pain free, thanks to the foot specialist and his nurse. It is a process, but like the doctor told me, I promise you it will get better and heal Narada. 🙏🏽♥️
I purchased this because of you and I gave them your code as a reference. Been so busy working they've been sitting in the package for over 2 months but tonight we are going to start. I got the AMP ropeless set with all the weights
I have a regular crossrope from years ago, I loved using it, but then I got lazy, and even fatter during the pandemic. I’ve been worried about my knees with regular jump roping, so I think I might try this rope less one. I hope the affiliate link works for us in the UK and you get your percentage 🙌🏾

I'm in the process of that right now and it seems like it's slowly getting back to normal
