My 6 year is finally being potty trained, he's autistic and your video has been a great help to me, my son is making so much progress. God bless you! Thank you so much
There are many components to potty training. One place I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Sues Trainer Tactics (google it if you're interested) definately the most incredible resource that I have ever seen.Check out all the amazing information .
So many great tips! We struggle with potty training and have for awhile now. My oldest is non verbal and we are not 100% sure he even knows when he has to go, it seems like him doesn't realize it until after 😞 It's a struggle
I started 19 months and she was totally trained 23 months , just from being very consistent even before her words were there. We also went from diaper to underwear NO pull-ups .
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover what age potty train try Trefendous Rapid Train Tips (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got great success with it.
@Team Queen’ s Fearn Tucker and Bentley Forever Good for you! Everyone should be as perfect as you and if they aren't then sit in hateful judgement with absolutely no information or anyone caring with we think!
Very charismatic!!! I have a almost 3 year old boy who learn to sit and did his things on the toilet very fast (2 days) but , I have one question, he is not communicate that he needs to go to the bathroom . And I don't know how to teach him that. Maybe you can give me some advice. Thank you!!!
Your videos are amazing! Thank you so much. I have been worried to start trying to potty train because my son and I are still not able to communicate. I thought I should wait until he is able to say poo or pee. He is 2 years old and can only say mama and daddy. I'll give your tips a try though 😊
What is the correct month to start my boy was in 22months he is speaking few words only but very active and intelligent he understands a lot but he's imitate words in low sound husky voice but other time he's shouting
When my 3 year old son messes in the underwear do I clean him up and put him in clean underwear or put a diaper back on him? He really dosen't care if he messes in a diaper even poop. And what about nap time do I put him back in a diaper? I've noticed he hides when going number 2 and goes a long time in between wet diapers. Is there a reason he hides does this mean he needs a certain degree of privacy on the potty. I thought about putting the potty in the shower and seeing if me not watching him would help as he is terrified of the potty and cries. I've tried the traditional floor potty, the seat that rests on top of the seat, and even the potty seat that attaches to the toliet and has two steps and handles for additional security. Oh and I've tried a wall urinal.
My son is going to be three in October and isn’t potty trained. These tips are super helpful as my son is currently in speech therapy and occupational therapy. He starts 3k school in September. He shows some signs! He takes off his diaper whenever it’s wet. He lays down whenever he wants to be changed. He points to his ‘pee pee’ and says pee pee with meaning but not poop. Slowly doing this process but getting it done.
I have been told to have started at 18months but it was too early from another perspective, see I got used sitting on the ground everywhere and I got very easily urinary tract problems from not having this termo isolation that the diaper offers. I think sometimes it's actually better to have the kids start a bit later when the body is better able to handle all these side consequences of the change.
Thank you! I feel like you provided a bit more realistic approach to potty training to the rest of us parents who do not have the gumption to “potty train in 3 days,” don’t eat kale at every meal, and are just trying to survive until bedtime. I really appreciate your realistic tips and not pushing the latest eco-friendly, tired parent-targeting product on the market (that really is not required for potty training). Thank you! thank you!
My daughter is 21 months and had been using the potty sporadically since she was 17 months. All the tips I can ever find are how to convince your child to use the potty. Our problem is that she doesn't want to get off the potty. She will go to the bathroom right away, but stay on for 20+ more minutes if you let her, even after she already goes because she wants to keep going. Do you have any experience with this or tips?
Walkie Talkie Speech Therapy Thanks for the reply. Nothing is special about the potty or the bathroom. Hopefully the novelty will wear off the more she uses it. Great videos by the way, I'm learning some useful tips!
Hi. I have another question for you :) My daughter is 2.5. I started potty training when she was 1.5. She had all the signs for being ready. For a while she was doing fine, letting me know she needs potty. I have her in training pants or pull ups. Latley, she just goes in pullups only to pie, and right after she get done, tells me ( pullup wet ) :) any suggestions on this would be grealtly appreciated. You are the best! Thank you
Hi sounds like you've done a great job! Having her on a schedule would probably help. Take her to the bathroom every 30 minutes-1 hour to try. Other wise a reward system for a dry pull up should help
According to my mom I was potty trained at 13 months, I really don’t believe her but that would explain why am really anal. She also did cloth diaper, sooo who knows lol

What is the difference between speech therapist and speech pathologist????? Answer please
Hi! "Speech-Language Pathologist" is the full professional term for speech therapist. They are the same.

Gina hmm...any idea why she likes the potty? Is there something special about it or something special in the bathroom she likes?

Not specifically.
Speech therapy has much improved but he can refuses to tell potty
Hi! I'm sorry I'm not sure how to help you further since I'm not your child's therapist.
My son is 3 years old but refuses to potty...you may put him to potty for hours but has accident right after you remove him from the potty
Aw I'm sorry to hear it has been difficult. He may need a reward system like described in the video.
Wow. That sounds punitive!
