yeah, problem with that is that not everyone can be an alpha who will be chased by women, wait too long and you'll end up with nothing but leftover 30+ women or the option of dying alone

My wife ran off when I was in middle age. My kids were grown. Got divorced. Now I had an Important steady job with very good pay and the job was very stable. I traveled all over the PNW, Cal, and Alaska. I noticed now women were falling in from the skies. This was a lot different than when I was in college now a lot of them chased me. It was very different. By this time in my life, I had everything and they knew it and wanted to be part of it. I picked one fine woman and then got married. The rest is history!

It's important to know how to spot the women that are more likely to be honest and genuine, they should compliment your life and have your best interests at heart, if you wait for them to come to you it won't happen, you'll only get the diggers and toxic types showing up. You don't need to be top 1% to have this mindset.
Don't get a joint mortgage with a woman wife or girlfriend because if she leaves you can't afford to keep the home by yourself.
Stuff like that, only go after things you can afford and sustain yourself financially maintain frame and you're gold. Work out lose weight, drive a nice car, wear nice clothes. And after all that it will be much easier to get girls if you have you shit sorted out.
You have no business chasing after girls if you still live at home, are out of shape you take the bus, no money. The above list is just to get your foot in the door, the bare minimum standard. You still need to deal with the bullshit the only difference is you deal with less of it.

I found it naturally occur when I moved away from my gone town the first time.

I am a bit surprised that after spending many years, reading talking, arguing and writting about this subject Rick hasn't got a well thought answer. I didn't watch the video to the end as the conversation refers to rich or famous people (people who live in a different reality than mine). Maybe Rick has lost contact with the reality of his main viewers.
I think if you pursue excellence, well.... you don't have more time to allocate to chasing women than any secondary hobby (like watching car videos...). Having said that I think you should spend more time to carefully look for your life time partner (a quality woman)

They're talking out of their ass salaries in germany vs. rent expenses are at a way better ratio than the fucking US, the rent in Italy is probably 3 to sometimes 4 times higher than Germany while the salaries are basicaly the same ,yet they keep talking as if Europe is this one big monolithic state ,if his girlfriend has italian citizenship that means she's a European citizen and they can go wherever they want to inside the EU to live ,they don't have to move to Italy.
