    Miss your video Jo. I finally made it to London. My wife and I spent last week there. It was amazing. I wish I could have had an opportunity to meet with you. Hope you and the family are well.

    Thank-you for your video,
    I am new to bread baking. Like the fact that you use your Kitchen-Aid, makes my bread making easier.

      Thank you Barbara. I like to use the KitchenAid...seems a shame just to use it for whippi g cream or egg whites 🤣 Hope the bread's turning out well. Cheers Jo

    I had a huge success in baking these. Oh My the Flavour and Texture wow, way better than anything from the shop.
    Due to my Overn took a bit longer. Kept them light. Smell taste and texture amazing.
    Got a bit Crusty second part of the next day.
    Well worth doing. Thanks for the Video :)

      Thanks Andrew. Glad these came out well for you...you can't go wrong when there's butter in it! 😜 You can always refresh the rolls in the oven for a few minutes for that just baked feel if they start to get a bit hard. Keep watching...and baking! Cheers Jo

    Nice to see your personality come through. Nice to see your oven. In all the videos that I have watched, I had never seen where you bake all this wonderful bread. I have seen you point to the mystery door when you talk about pre heating your oven, lol. Love what you are doing. This is Blair from Utah.

    Can I add a filling by rolling the dough and folding in the filling, eg mozzarella cheese?

    can I use non dairy milk?

    • @BuzzbyBakes
      @BuzzbyBakes  4 роки тому

      Hi Joelle, it's the fat in the milk that helps with the softer crumb. You obviously can use non dairy milk as the liquid, but I don't know I'd it'll have the same softening effect? You could always add a splash of oil or some kind of fat to compensate. Cheers Jo

    Thank you much Jo! I can't wait to make this later, they look so good, also love that you used grams, it's easier for measuring purposes. What speed did you set your KitchenAid, was it at 2?

      Made them today! they were amazing, but mine were so big but they're so soft, moist and light, they're perfect. I took a picture but I didn't know how to send them. Thanks again!

    I started making this and my kitchen aid started to smoke. It was way too much dough for it to handle. I think I'll do half at a time.

    I notice you are using Waitrose whole wheat white flour, it’s not strong white flour

    • @BuzzbyBakes
      @BuzzbyBakes  6 років тому

      Hi Steven, I used Waitrose Strong White Bread Flour and Matthew's Cotswold Crunch Flour. Both bread flours. Cheers Jo 👍

    If using fresh yeast, how much do you need ?

    • @BuzzbyBakes
      @BuzzbyBakes  2 роки тому

      Hi, In general I use at least double the weight of fresh yeast to instant. So if it's 10g instant yeast, use 20-30g fresh yeast. 👍
