You know what started this sport, don't you? Someone said " If you can drive your airboats on my ice and snow, I'm driving my sled on your water....so there! LOL
hehehe. i love it. have seen similar in newfoundland on spring ice. i give these guys kodoos. they would be more than welcome to newfoundland to strut their stuff. they would fit right in. good show guys.
actually a smaller track and smaller paddle with c and a minis is the best set up used in the iwa(international watercross assosiation) a little suspension adjustment and drop the front end and your ready for water
@MegaJackofficer, well do your jet skis drive on land too....... I didnt think so. These machines are and will always be way more fun and versitile than your water based mini boat
I live in maine and fucking love snowmobiling all over the ITS trails, such a bummer that we hardly have got any snow this year, only been out once. ME SAD
do they have special tracks to paddle the water better than snow tracks? I've never seen snowmobiles stay afloat that easily. Are they bigger size sleds as well?
@soccermom31411 These sleds are built to run mainly in the water so they remove all the heavy suspension. They put on those little skis just to go from the trailer to the water pretty much
@ismokewead420 Dude are seriously. Did you miss the HUGE TRACK coming out the back of the snowmobile. and what about the guy that sinks, I thought jet skis float LOL some people.......
@MegaJackofficer they are snowmobiles we do the same thing were im from only off banks onto water under bridges and stuff bet u never ever sat on one did you
I think Snowmobiles are the true "All Terrain Vehicle" :P
Dude in the yellow is blasting that jump. Nice.
Grass Drags has such a nice location. This year's water cross didn't have jumps but it was still a killer show.
this is like hay days and Princeton grass drags and the best show of all time
these guys make it look easy

Didn't think this was Epping Uk! Bet the fish love this yearly event!

Thanks to all the sponsors that sponsor us
@RecklessPedro Also the Skis on the sled are nearly useless, if you look, some racers will turn the skis the other way and use the back as a rudder.

Guy on the yellow sled goes big!!
Might have to build my own water jump and try this
well said! best comment i have ever read
how do snowmobiles drive on water?!!!!! nice vid
So if that thing slows down it will sink? What's the minimum speed it must maintain?
thats wicked cool man, i grew up in new hampshire and never saw a ski do that lol
i have a snowmobile but would never do anything like that. still cool though
I was there for this it was quite a day
I miss the old WET BIKES! but sleddin on water looks like fun....I wouldn't do it...not good for the sliders.
That is beast these guys have nice sleds for what there made for
Didn't know snowmobiles could do this.
Are these modified in any way or are they just stock snowmobiles?
will skidoo with 200 inch track and 17 inch paddles do the trick?
Next thing you know, Seadoos will be in the snow!
Do you use a different track/tyre/thingy for water and ice?
This is real and yes they are modified, they take off any thing that is weight like a seat and electric start
Sweet riding and jumps.
One question though...
How many did you sink before you got good lmao :)
THANK YOU NH for being an awesome place to live!!:P
That would be sick i wish i had a rc snowmobile to try it with
THIS IS POSSIBLE???? Ooo OH GOD! AMAZING ;)
They did invent something . I think it's called the jet ski
and enough skill to pull off this trick,,, id love to watch amateurs try!
are you one of the people jumping on them and if so what one
sweet man maybe ill see you next year
my names is Pete
YEAH, THEY JUMP *IN* WATER!
How do the zx chassis ski doos do?
@snowmobiler6 Ya it gets cold and wet, but you know you all secretly want us to sink lol
they looks like hella fun
I guess you dont have to worry about the tracks over heating
What kind of sleds?
Was this near Jokkmokk in Sweden ? : )
I was there!
Ya me neither but thanks to those crazy guys we have this great video to watch
is this in new hampshire?
I have never had that happened to Me personally, but I'm sure its possible and it would suck just as much lol
can those sleds float
That looks so unreal! So damn cool vid and the riders who did it :D
the track spins so fast that it keeps the snowmobile on top of the water, but you cant slow down or you will sink lol
does sled insurance cover this?
how deep was the water?
All depends on the bike. Most of the time you wanna have it wide open but with some weight loss mods they can have a littlw room to play.
1 000 000 views 🥳
I live like 15 mins away, im suprised i didnt hear about this.
i remember that...i also remember the guy that sunk his and freaked out tryin not to get wet lmfao!
@ismokewead420 Dude are seriously. Did you miss the HUGE TRACK coming out the back of the snowmobile. and what about the guy that sinks, I thought jet skis float LOL some people.......
@MegaJackofficer Those are not jet skis... they have a track and two skis.. lol
That is awesome.
Good way to clean them

No snow required haha it was fun
I go to peeping grass drags but I never make a vid and,I don't see the snowmobiles jumping only racing on the water
@MegaJackofficer they are snowmobiles we do the same thing were im from only off banks onto water under bridges and stuff bet u never ever sat on one did you

You can see everybody with their blue jeans on.
Like a boss.
Where's Larry Enticer? 🤣
@theawsomemango It was like 10 feet deep. They had a barge that would recover the sunken sleds
How is this even possible?
Cory Davis needs to try this and land a monster whip into the water.
