If you look closely at the end, “king boo” is actually a regular boo transformed by the wonder effect, and his crown falls off when you grab the seed

also the fact that it ended up being a normal boo with the wonder flower effect gives me a theory that the real king boo is a terrible singer so he sent out this random other guy instead

Nah, I'm pretty sure the inspiration is the Phantom of the Opera (notice the Chandeliers scattered through the level? That's a pretty big clue).

I love this level but I just really hate with how short it is
