Scope of nursing....
All nurses in India, especially Karnataka nurses not aware of scope of nursing profession.
Public normal people including educated, just think only injections is the work of nurses at hospital....
We can be a researcher, leader,
We must be treated with good salary packages, good working conditions, good facilities like abroad or at least at Indian level of good respect and dignity equivalent to doctors or just below Doctor in heirarchy.
Scope of Doctors= (Nearly equivalent) Scope of Nurses. ....
All Rounder...
We can a community health officer at community side, nurse at hospital Public and private nurse even in abroad much easier to move.
We have lots scopes

The OT technician jobs until now are being done by Nurses but now lot of places DOT and AT are being hired but as I always say you need to be too good and only then u can get a job otherwise it’s difficult
