2 bowl of roasted peanuts (rinsed)
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup sugar
Grated ginger
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla

Omg plsssss is there a nice way to make these with raw nuts? That are nice and chewy and the sugar kinda of melts in your mouth?
I've been looking for a recipe for "nut cakes" for months as i had some in barbados on vacation and they were soooooooooo good. The ingredient were just nuts, sugar and ginger. I need them bcos I find myself CRAVING them
