Good morning there Ms. Jody-Ann.. You are doing it to me again because it's been a long time now since I had so coconut drops I believe we use to call that when I was in Jamaica 🇯🇲
Hi Chris Good day, wow I can imagine Hopefully you can make some for your self it’s super easy to make you just need all the ingredients and your good to go💕
Jody the drops are flavourful having to cut up and slice, it is quicker if you put it in a food processor and limit the speed. This will be a good kitchen investment You are excellent at JA cooking and a queen of delicacies keep up the good work. Bless
In Guyana🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾 its the same ingredients but we grate the coconut and add additional ingredients as nutmeg and a little powder milk also coloring 🤤🤤 Had to edit: We use this ingredients as well without the essence and ginger just cinnamon and sugar for people who cant afford certain ingredients
PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS VIDEO EVERYONE😘THANKS IN ADVANCE🙌🏾

In Trinidad we call it chip chip .... i love it... its like a sugar cake but you get more of the coconut flavour as the coconut is in chunks. 💙
I like to break my coconut so that I can get the water. Strike the coconut right around the base.
U used dark sugar why ,??
Can we be friends exchanged information and keep in touch because I really would like to visit where you live and taste your cooking
Lol. For real Chris. Me too.
Lol thank you Chris
@@jodycookingg Your very welcome anytime Ms. Jody-Ann
If you cook it too long, the coconut becomes trashy.
Can you give the amount of sugar in weight instead of cups, I have no idea what size cup you are using
Thank you
Supposed you don't have any cinnamon power
lovely
