The nut drops look delicious. It is called peanut brittle in Guyana, and nutcake in Trinidad. I used to eat a few at a time. I haven't eaten it since I left T&T back in 1973.
Wish I had seen this video before attempting to make peanut drops but I will try again. I didn't add adequate sugar the thing just stayed soft and they fell apart😢
