I'm offended that this episode is so short 😅 On a side note happy 14th anniversary to Orange Caramel (yes it is relevent because the Nuest guys were in Orange Caramel videos before they debuted)
I really like hiking eps, anime, and insecurities eps. For me what makes a good episode? There must be something about authenticity bcs KCB talked about their experiences and views (as ex-idols, millenials, Korean American), so many laughters, nostalgia, and insecurities is very much relatable eps like Deep talk. Topics suggestions (guess they are not funny like Joel wished..sorry)...but i think of these: green flag red flag people, family history like Joel said how much we know how our great grandfather lived, are people with the same family name in korea actually from the same ancestor? Items from family that accompany you the longest, talking about breaking the bad habits? Asian values, how to show gratitude to someone, how to handle haters..umm your characters that you like the most and help you thrive ...yupp...hopefully useful 😉
One thing I would love to see would be your guys reactions to crazy unhinged text messages. I’m absolutely addicted to reading crazy text messages lol Plus I imagine You guys might find it amusing as well!
You are so right you guys. And it's always the people who want to be a part of something that make too much noise and act on copy/paste words rather than having their own opinion or listening to others' sides of things. People go to culinary schools all over the world or simply in their hometown and they make other cultures cuisine. You're basically saying stay in your lane, and that in itself is a problem because how else are we going to better understand each other if we don't learn about and appreciate each other. He's not trying to make a killing off people like how easy is this idiots love tacos yada yada, he just likes them, makes them well, and makes a living off making them for others or helping out someone who does by helping them run a truck. I don't mind if people wear braids because they like the look, but if you're doing it because you want some type of black aesthetic then I have an issue. However, I do understand because if that's where it comes from you're going to want to represent it - if that makes sense. I don't know, rambling. The skit is hilarious because of how true it is. And whoever thought it up is a genius of societal comedy. I saw a skit with a woman giving an interview talking about her son not coming home, and she was incriminating herself saying she beat him, told him to go, he got into her drugs, then she said you can start the interview I'm ready lol. That comedy is funny to me because it's honest take from someone on the outside looking in. Aron, I don't know what's going on with your throat, but feel better lad. I've been weird coughing and clearing my throat since December, and it ain't covid so.. it's something in the air.
We (my friends and I) used to party hard with Jose Cuervo. Needless to say, I no longer can stand the taste nor smell of Jose. but my hangover cure is Menudo. I learned that anything spicey can help you recover because you're basically sweating the alcohol out of your system.
what i discovered is that i become a vampire when hungover. sunlight makes me absolutely sick. i learned this on a work retreat. i blacked out from tequila and felt completely fine the next morning. but once i started to marinate in the sun i had to peace out early.
5:16 I would like to declare myself as someone who has never had a hungover -- on the other hand tho I have always been super cautious with drinking since 1- I get the flush after like one drink 2- I have never really tested what my limit is because of my overly cautious nature 😂
Ohh please tell the story again..about Aaron helping a child during emergency situation in a flight...not for bragging ofc just more detailed story...that moment if we try to connect all stories...seem random...Aaron went to Korea learned Korean and at one moment in the sky..a life saving moment... he was the only bilinguals Korean English..life is not coincidence at all... 😮
Speaking of him and that type of content, I reported videos on a certain app that now has a stupid rename, and it's teaming with that. And they sent me an email stating that those videos were not in violation... since when was it not a violation to easily access adult content on an app that minors can use? Pervs have run amuck and no one is stopping them because people are tired of being censored.
love how honest this podcast is

I always make sure to take in advil or neurobion before going to bed after a drinking session to help with the headache the next day.
