- Over the centuries people from many different cultures have lived and cooked on the Spanish island of Majorca, including Romans, Arabs, Jews, and Christians. They have left a rich cultural heritage in their wake, which head chef Santi Taura has reinterpreted in his restaurant in the island capital of Palma. He has rejuvenated old recipes and has made them star quality.

underrated channel!
We're growing... More to come :)
The chef finds a local ingredient and prepares a recipe by searching through history how it was cooked hundred of years ago ... Great job !
I fell in love with this amazing channel, great job!
Thank you! Much more to come🙂
He's the first chef I've seen working in the kitchen wearing a dress shirt and tie. Wonderful, hopefully it doesn't get too warm.
😍😍😍
My Spanish is my secondary language, and learned from my Mexican ancestry, but I understood every word he spoke; he sounded no different than the Spanish spoken in the western United States.

Hi Taylan! You can turn on auto-generated English subtitles. However, we appreciate your feedback and will try to add our own subtitles in future :)
