- My whole life I never realised what marathons were all about. and then I experienced one. This is a story about human energy. Shot at this years 2023 London Marathon.

People are.
Not everyone hasa crew. Many travel alone, run alone, finish alone, do it for their own reasons. And they are surrounded by the support of strangers, which is amazing. But marathons are definitely about running, and not just running that day - but the months of gruelling training and mental perseverance in all weathers that leads up to that day.

I ran the London marathon this year and if it wasn’t for the amazing crowds I wouldn’t have crossed the line. This video captures the human spirit and restores my faith in humanity. Finished my first marathon last year, and you truly captured the feeling of the whole experience. On that day there is something in the air, something that inspires you and pushes you beyond your limits. And I think you got it right. It’s the human energy! The love and support of our fellow human beings.
Can see the Casey Neistat influence is these but of course adding your own style and making them yours. Editing and pace is great! Came across this on tik tok and was expecting this account to have a huge following on UA-cam. Genuinely shocked you dont have more views and subs with the quality of your vids.

Great video and so true, I run for my late younger sister, she left us 3 years ago and I can truly say that running marathons saved my mental and physical health. What you forgot to mention though is the hundreds if not thousands of miles we put into training... the marathons are the reward or party to a much longer process. Awesome video!

I ran it this year for the first time and this video summed it up perfectly. The crowd was incredible, everyone who came out to support deserves a medal as well.
I used to live about a mile away from the start of the London Marathon. Always saw the day as an annoyance, roads closed etc. My wife would drag me out to cheer everyone every year and I'd always come away inspired and glad I went to watch. I eventually got in to the London Marathon on the ballot a few years ago and it changed my life. Great video. I never hit the like button but I did on this one. Thanks for this.

I was lucky enough to run the London Marathon for the first time this year and this video captures it perfectly. The atmosphere is electric and I felt overwhelmed with emotion that all of those strangers stood in the rain to support for hours. What a privilege. Fantastic video 🙃

I have not watched his breakdown yet because I wanted to see the full film with fresh eyes first, and I just wanted to tell you it gave me goosebumps, and I actually started tearing up at one point.
