The rear side window is a push-out style and when they pull the camera in you can see it's a superduty door panel. The mirrors are superduty, outside door handles are superduty, even the body line scream superduty. Oh by the way he even posted it in the description that's it's a 2000 model. OBS styles ended in 1997, 1998 was a year they retooled factories for the superduty body style. Still have my 1995 F250, 1997 F250 and 1999 F350.
Definitely a 7.3 for sure but that is an old body style which they stopped making in 98 and came out with the newer body styles we have today in 99
