A downgrade is usually another narcissist. There’s no competition here :) they can only get their own kind- a downgrade
yes my ex narc definetly took a down grade I'm so pleased I seen her for what she is now it only took 11 year but there's people a lot worse off than me I cudnt believe how low she has actually went she's gone from what could have had a great life to someone who is a down and out lowlife
I don’t really care what people do that is not in my life.
Let the narc feel the pain...dont bother with evil narcs..just leave the narc and save your own life
