    When I worked on the farm we had a bull like that it was a little bigger but we got rid of it do not never trust a mean bull ever there not safe .. great video as always 👍👍👍💚

    Rhonda I had to laugh when you tell the cows to keep the bedding clean! And they turned around and looked at you and said sure mama will keep our bedding clean. Great video, and God bless you all.

    love running gears on the farm have a few use them for everything from taking slabs from the mill to carrying logs to the mill great for putting behind baler for someone to stack hay on

    Yes, I'm just trying to be helpful. Iv done a lot of this practical stuff in my time, and I really miss doing it. I used to work for my self. I was a stone mason and dry stone waller.     McConnell's is where our Penta TMR mixer came from...that was a trip. Should have put a chain from one front spindle through the clevis of the tongue to the other spindle with a binder on it...could have pulled it faster. Going to put that on another truck or a trailer frame for a tractor to pull?

    I never knew the Jersey part makes the bull aggressive. Jersey cows always seem to have a very sweet disposition.

      Yes, Jersey cows are very mild tempered, but the bulls can be very aggressive.

    I know what I would do with that trailer frame. I'd transform it into a skid mount and built a flat bed trailer mount for it. So when your not using it the box you can use it for hay bales.

    In case you haven't had a chuckle today, I can tell you a little story. When I first found your channel, I only saw you and your daughter on the video. I thought you were sisters and I was curious to see what you were up to on the farm and how you worked together. I watched a few videos before I could even tell who was older. Finally figuring out it was mother and daughter! Meanwhile I've come to enjoy your family as you work on the dairy farm. I miss that work so enjoy seeing Kevin and the boys and what they're up to. I really enjoyed one video where I saw you all in church together. Answered right away why you have such a nice family!

    Maybe truck mounted forage box? If so they do work amazingly well, with the right hydraulics they are way faster than a regular dump box. Will be watching to see!

    It is always good to see you and your family. In north western Wisconsin, we have had snow. I do not mind it buy my car is low to the ground and does not do well. My dogs like the first snow. Keep up the good work.

    When your chopping wood, put the log you are chopping on top of a bigger peace, then it doesn't loose the power in to the ground when you swing the axe.

      His rabbits aren't really meat rabbits. He raises them just for something to do and will probably sell them when they get a little older.

    You could just see the wheels turning in Sanders head while he was looking at the running gear of the trailer. I’m sure he was trying to figure out how to make a huge Go Cart out of it. Dad will have to keep an eye on the tractors or he will dismantle one for the motor and transmission to put on the Cart!! 🏎

    Going to put it on a truck ?And it`s amazing how the weather can change pretty quickly ,it`s starting to cool off here in West Tn. to ,had to break out the jacket ! Old man`s blood is thin .But enjoyed seeing what ya`ll are doing around the farm.

    The wagon looked really good, I didn't hear, I'm curious what Kevin didn't like about the running gear, is it not that heavy?, you even have time to gather wood, you all are always so busy, great video

      The running gear doesn't travel well at a high speed, the tires are extremely expensive to replace, and backing it up isn't easy either.

    Those calves are like "TURN THAT LIGHT OFF"! I wish my wife was as receptive of my ideas as you are to Kevin's especially when I spend money. Kevin is right I have pulled stuff before that was held on by less than it's reputation. That would be good on farm running gear. Put a flat bed on it and use it around the farm...

      It's not made for high speed, the tires are extremely expensive to replace and it's terrible for backing up.

      Gravel is cheaper and will get you out of the mud. Also, it allows you to do it piecemeal as budget permits. It is what my dad did many decades ago.

    we have a red Angus nexus bull that you could put in there with that bull might just change his religion. hahaha hahaha those dairy bulls, lots of them act like big shots . We had one next door he used to jump the fence and come over in one of our hayfields and he would follow me from field to field and watch me cut the fields. he was gentle he liked eating bread and donuts. He was the smallest of there bulls so maybe it made him easier to get along with

    Dairy bulls can't be trusted we even had a ring and chain in his nose and he still would try to get me so I learned A I and said good by to the bull. With that many kids around you could teach them what to look for when a cow goes in heat and then you could breed them when they come through the parlor. I had a young bull get me down I didn't get hurt but if it would have been the big one that would not have turned out so good for me. I think at the time NOBA gave us the training for a very low cost. Thanks for your videos I'm subscribed and look forward to each one

      You are right. I have heard of too many farm tragedies involving angry bulls. In most cases, they get you when you are not looking and least expect it to happen.

    Oh sure R.... I saw someone cutting the wood but it wasn't R. Is that how you secretly get all "your" jobs done? And we all thought it was you that makes such a beautiful garden and all those preserves.
    I was thinking it was going to be real annoying having to work on a bunch of rusted bolts to get the box off but you basically just had to lift it. Who knew? (well, likely a lot of people)
