I played this at 10 now 23 and the game feels so much easier but I’m dying like 3 times a mission and this guy does some shit I didn’t even know could be done. INSANE speedrun, the movement is INSANE, INSANE player. Skill diff for sure. I tip my hat to your sir 😅

GG your crazy at dmc1 and dmc3 i just got in to dmc but your runs are crazy it took me 11hr to finish dmc3 and about 7 for dmc1 and dmc2 made me unhappy
it's easy you need to make the enemy stay on a platform in front of you that has a hole between you and the enemy in case the own path then you make the enemy attack you or you do the realese in the direction of the attack. I managed to do it in mission 9 there, it's easier to practice, I got it the first time, I've been playing for a few years but I'm learning advanced tactics to finish the missions faster, I play royalguard well too
MAAAN, i got a bug with Geryon. I mashed swordmaster button in air with beowolf, second i spammed skip cutscene. Boss dropped into the second phase and died. So, i don't know any information about it. Version - hd collection, steam. How can i prove it quicly? sorry for a bad english... That isnt my native language(
Not sure if this has ever been documented but there's a skip in M9 for the Nevan fight, main problem is replicating it but SOMETIMES I can get a shot in at her in the split second before her shield is up and the healthbar starts to fill - I think by landing that single hit before she technically has any health, it becomes an instant kill and skips straight to the next cutscene. Hard to confirm the precise mechanics though cause the timing on it is fucking insane and might just be pure luck. Would shave a lot of time off future runs if anyone were to incorporate this.
Does your thumb ever hurt from playing on turbo mode ? I would love to play from normal to dmd on turbo but the pain keeps increasing. Do you wear some fingerband so prevent it from clenching too much ?
Not from turbo no, but long sessions of speedrunning this game hurts my forearms, just from tension. A lot of it is form. Just take breaks and stretch and try different ways to hold the controller
