I had flat feet, a weak left side, a femur that was out of place, jaw out of place, a shoulder, two ankles, etc and I didn't know this until recently as I started self-massaging ang trigger point. All of a sudden, a bone would go click. My right ass cheek felt like fire for like 2 days after being popped back into place. As a child my injuries did not hurt so the muscles just tightened around my joints. Sitting on my knees would hurt bc my muscles were so tight. I only now experience daily pain after popping my joints back into place. IT makes me wonder, did I really need to do that? I liked pretending I wasn't in pain and chronically tired.

Yes, because body mechanics are very important for long term care. I'm 38 and wished I would have known about body mechanics sooner. I need a knee replacement and I have a whole host of other things wrong with me.

☹️ my PT refused to treat multiple joints or areas at once. I couldn't walk because of a knee dislocation but I had to forgo knee treatment to do neck first to try and hold my head up long enough and be less dizzy...PT eventually basically was like "your knee seems more flexible so go away you don't need anymore treatment" .....but I can't walk or stand for any real length of time and I'm still super dizzy and my knee/back/everything hurts so much?? Chronic thing be chronic pt lady!

@@kiraleighhh You know how rare they are, right? There is 1 PT in my area who works with EDS and she does concierge PT. Most of us don't have it like that. 🤑
