Amazing Tiny house... love for the fact has the kitchen outside ... bathroom looks fantastic especially lighting how it looks.. like entering into a portal from a different dimension! I want one as same layout when I go home!
Just to give you an idea sir. What we do here in our place in South Luzon , instead of just burning those lumber, you can built a dirty kitchen and use those as firewood, good for cooking bulalo and sinigang slow cooking process to tenderize the meat. And yes, same experience with regards to cost estimates , it is just an estimate , almost always it could be doubled or tripled for what ever reason. My experience was that the cost roofing materials suddenly shoots up in just a matter of weeks. So you should always have extra for whatever eventualities.
All you need in an island is a roof to be protected by the tropical monsoon. A bed and a 🚽 the rest can be done outside. Who needs a huge house when your time is more outside than inside. If I'm in a cold country, I would certainly enjoy a big luxury house. I will be more inside than outside.
