@@rebatotem Yes it rises a lot, especially with 4 points. Insurance price depends on age, what type of car your drive (sports car, 4x4 are more) and your driving record. As for prices I only know from my experience but when I was 16 in 2008 my liability only insurance was about $130/month. Now I'm 27 and I only pay about $38/mo, but again that's liability only. This is for cars. Sorry I've never owned a motorcycle, only dirtbikes.
Also are your terms 9 years? Our policies are usually 6-12 months but we pay month to month and can cancel anytime.

Seriously, this cop is absolutely perfect on the way he handled it. He didn't overextend and what the biker got was very fair, double the speed limit tickets are usually well over a grand in most states.

Back in high school I was racing some friends to lunch, and got pulled over doing 46 in a 20 school zone. My first words were "I'm sorry officer, I have to poop and needed to get to a gas station asap" He wrote me a ticket for not stopping at a stop sign instead of a speeding ticket. To this day I still don't know why he didn't take me to jail, maybe it was because I was respectful, or maybe because my town only has 50,000 people and the police can sometimes be very lenient. Regardless, I got off lucky and that excuse worked for me lol
I've actually used that excuse and it worked. But my record is squeeky clean so that probably helped.

I was lucky, had a nice cop that only gave me the speeding ticket, and apparently a lenient judge. Just go to the court date and try to reason with the judge best you can. youll likely pay more for the ticket but it wont cause an insurance increase etc. Helps that im a paramedic with custom EMS plates on my car

i called a lawyer id used before and he told me i was fucked and that it wasnt worth hiring him. my only chance was to go there in person and hope for a lenient judge. if you can try to get a lawyer, its likely worth it

You got pulled over at the intersection of Red Top Mountain Rd and Red Top Mountain connector just west of I-75, just before crossing the overpass for U.S. 41 in Cartersville GA .... I've never been down that specific street...but as soon as the video began I instantly knew it was Georgia. Used to live in Atlanta.

I got off with a warning what would have been illegal passing, running a stop sign, and 120mph speeding ticket, slap a blue and black police support sticker on your plate, part of how I got off so easy.

Micah Alman no reason someone should go to jail for speeding tbh. No victim no crime. Tickets are also extortion and taxes are theft. Have their uses however they are what they are. Also studies show accidents do not increase with speed, only the fatality rate. Essentially meaning speed means nothing, it’s the driver that makes everything. Why Germany, who have many roads with high speed limits and some with none at all have the safest roads in the world due to excessive driving test and the difficulty to obtain a License
