Quick word of warning, phvs do not need a child seat by law and on point 7 if you refuse to drop a passenger as they are not at the destination they booked you could be in a whole lot of trouble
Not if you are concerned about your own safety and you have cctv in your vehicle. Is there anything you would like to compliment the video on or just negative things?
@@PHVGuy calm down, bad day in the office? Just saying you can get in trouble for these things, if you refuse them, can be seen as discriminatory if you refuse a parent and baby and false imprisonment or kidnapping if you don't let a customer out if they ask
@@smrriles5668 not a bad day at all to be honest, it was mainly the remark that its only wolves drivers not made to have cctv. I'm sure there are few other councils, not just wolves. Guess they are just an easy target? Your allowed to decline anyone that you do not feel comfortable with and especially if it's a safety issue.
Who are you insured with? Prices seems to have gone mad 🙈
I did it through a broker but the insurance was found to be inshure

@@smrriles5668 I didn't say about not letting anyone out that I'm aware off, if anything totally the opposite.

1 Way not to get screwed by an Uber Driver - Don't use them.
This is about the passengers, not the driver, they can't screw you over lol
It’s the passenger’s fault if they get a high charge as they’re quoted upfront !
Also cctv in cabs is a must, most licencing authorities insist on this now, I take it Wolverhampton do not
Why do you think Wolverhampton don't insist on cctv?
@@PHVGuy because you said "make sure you have a dash cam" so I presumed they were not enforced
