2-SCOTs The Royal Highland Fusiliers combine with The Royal Regiment of Scotland band at their homecoming parade in 2018 to play "The 79th's Farewell to Gibraltar" at George Square in Glasgow.

They are working as foghorns, as they once did to save the lives of soldiers of the Regiment.
This is part of the reason for this great tune to be so OBVIOUSLY divine and special.
It conveys both salvation and visible relief (as the Regiment was going to go death-trap Jamaica, but ended up in a much more homely and less disease-ridden Canada).
Beautiful things always have meaning and connectivity...

Prima, einfach toll so ein zusammen Spiel. Ach Ihr Schotten habt schon was drauf. Warum wird in ein Militärzug nicht zwischen durch auch ein Musikzug aufgestellt. Gleichschritt geht sich besser, wenn man nach den Takt der Musik marschiert.
