Thank you for these videos on this machine I just brought one, sewing means so much to me , have to teach myself so I brought this machine to start. Can you recommend a decent sewing machine for a clumsy beginner. I was too young for my grandmother to teach me so watching your video and being able to follow along to me is a blessing .
I personally started with Singer Stitch Quick and UA-cam. I went to the thrift store and purchased very cheap baby clothes (the more stylish ones). Then I would take the seams out of them and study the form and re-sew the garment. With some garments, I keep them a part and make patterns to mimic the original garment. It took me 4 months to actually get it. Right at my 4 months I stopped looking at UA-cam and took the baby clothes patterns and sewed on my own with referencing anything. I journaled and took notes the entire journey. Good luck to you! The next best learning machine, I think is the Singer M3220.
