What makes racing games more fun, playing them with a racing wheel of course. Racing wheels are generally quite expensive, but I found this, Nitho's Drive Pro One racing wheel which didn't break the bank, but is it any good?

It auto centres when released.
If it was gear driven then it would have force feedback like logitech and other gear driven wheels...obviously it's spring or bungee cord systems
Nitho is expected to release a wheel with force feedback this year

Also i have an issue in gta 5 pc .. in x-input mode... By default aim is assigned for gear up.. and for gear down break is assigned.. if i try to change to gear-up.. both works at the same time... Is there anyway i can change it...

Thrustmaster is probably a better option if it's in your price range
Thrustmaster costs more than double in India. If it cost a few Rs 1000 more it would have been affordable.
i have the same problem of this wheel not getting detected for the forza horizon 4 steam version, are there any fixes or workarounds ?
One-way is to install a Xbox controller emulator, then the wheel works like a xbox controller. It works well, but you need to dial in the settings within the app. www.x360ce.com/

Sir d input mode not working for any pc games installed from windows Store. Only x input mode works.only x input mode pc detect as wired wheel. But in D input mode pc detect it as NiTHO drive pro controller. How you are able to play in D input mode in PC
Which games are you having a problem with? Forza 4 and 5 work, Asseto Corsa works too.

Asphalt is more an arcade game than a driving sim. If you hold down the home button the LED turns to Orange, which is x-input mode. This makes it act like a controller, and the controls can be customised in the settings. If you want to use via d-input mode, there's a xbox controller emulator available which can enable support in d-input mode.

Thanks a lot I tried emulator it worked.And sir you the only youtuber who reviewed v16 and drive pro one.only you can answer this question. Is there any difference/ improvement while using drive pro one pedals when compared to v16 pedals. Because it's mentioned as Potentiometered (analog) pedals in drive pro one ,any advantage due to this feature.
my wheel was set up and all buttons including gearshift was working but turning of steering wheel rotation is not getting detected... is my steering wheel faulty??
Try holding down the home button to change modes, the colour of the led under the button changes colour. It might work.

Is v16 pedals and drive pro one pedals both same featured?? Both non linear pedals? Do you feel any difference while using pedals because it's mentioned as potentiometer pedals in drive pro one and spring loaded pedals in v16.
The ones on the drive pro one are a bit more smoother, with the right resistance.
Are they both analog or digital ?
Is it better to buy this or the Thrustmaster t80 488 one?
They should be similar, maybe save a little with the Nitho Drive pro One.
Not even close.....get any of the thrustmasters if you don't want a used logitech entry level wheel

Did you purchase Forza 5 on steam or on windows Store. The steam version seems to not find the wheel. I had shown this in the video. You can install xbox controller emulator as a workaround.

Asseto Coursa Competitione, Forza 4 and 5 using xbox gamepass.

Crew 2 supports steering wheels, so this will work.

Connect the controller to the wheel, connect the wheel to the ps4. Turn on the wheel using the ps4 Controler and it will then be found.

I don't think it's avaibale in full manual, it only comes with a sequential gearbox.

Which is better..?
Both are good, but if you need easy access to the buttons and don't always need the shifter the drive pro one is a better choice aesthetically.

If the game supports a steering wheel then the nitho wheel will be supported.

It should, but I've not tried it. I've only had problems with Forza.

The game has to support racing wheels,it can connect via a usb adapter . It might work in x-input mode, but not all games support a racing wheel.

I don't think it will work with a mobile phone, even if you connect, you might not have games that support it

It works, but only a few driving games would support it. So make sure the game supports a racing wheel before purchasing.

Are you playing on a PlayStation? Make sure to attach a controller to the wheel, and turn on the PlayStation. Press the home button on the wheel ,which is equivalent to the ps button on the controller. Now it should be detected in games. You should see a blue led on the wheel, indicating it's in PlayStation mode.

I have tried Forza 4, Forza 5, Asseto Coursa Competitione, Dirt 5 on my PC and these games work well. Any racing game that supports a steering wheel will be supported by the Nitho.
if you have kids buy a wheel that is NON forcefeedback. IF you want for your self buy force feedback wheel

You need to purchase games that support a racing wheel, like Forza, Asseto Coursa, dirt 5, f1 2k to get the best simulation experience in D-input mode. Asphalt and nfs might work in x-input mode, but it won't be accurate.
Reviewing a gaming wheel without showing the in game steering wheel makes the review useless.

You need to install a game mod, only then the wheel will be detected.

Forza off steam didn't work with the wheel for some reason, it did work with the version on the Windows Store via xbox game pass. I only tested with Forza 4, didn't purchase Forza 5 on steam. Forza 4 and 5 via Xbox game pass worked.

A xbox game pass is only Rs 399 with a lot of games available to play. You could try a trial account and see what all are available.

Both are great, which model are you looking at specifically? Also if you're in the US it will be cheaper, India it's too expensive due to high customs duty.

270 deg rotation is way too less. Normal cars have 900 to 1080 deg rotation. f1 cars have 360 deg rotation. You can see how it affects at 4:17 where the wheel is not matching the actual rotation. Better save and buy something better.
Please don't waste money on this. Get a used logitech g series steering wheel for same price. Worlds apart. None of the features they advertised is of any use. It's all about the motor inside and the force feedback mechanism. This is not even the lowest acceptable form of sim wheelbase which is gear driven..if you want to buy a wheel for the experience then you shouldn't go any lower than a logitech g series. Or else these wheels are like arcade controller no sim use
For ps4 is it a good option?
You will need to purchase games that support racing wheels, as all of them won't work with the wheel.

@@dhruvdesai3654 my friend you can buy logitech driving force gt..it's from 2007 and it's still has force feedback and runs well. People been buying these for $50 in used market. Check your local listings. You can also look for g25, g27. These models all have force feedback which is exactly what you need for driving games. If you don't want used wheel then Thrustmaster t150 and t128 are also cheap but good force feedback options. The thrustmaster t80 does not have force feedback and i wouldn't recommend but if you cannot buy the models I mentioned and going to spend on nitho then atleast spend that money on t80(still wouldn't advice it)
