കേരളത്തിൽ എല്ലാവർഷവും വെള്ളം പൊക്കകെടുതി ഉണ്ടാകും അതിനു യാതൊരു മുൻകരുതലും ഒരു ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റ്കളും എടുക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന യാഥാർഥ്യം ആരും മനസ്സിൽ ആക്കുന്നില്ല.ആശാസ്ത്രീയമായി റോഡ് നിർമാണം, പ്രോപ്പർ ആയി ഓടകൾ ഇല്ലാത്തത്, തൊടുകൾമുഴുവൻ നികത്തി കയ്യേറി, ഇതെല്ലാം വെള്ളം പൊങ്ങാൻ ഒരു പരിധി വരെ കാരണങ്ങൾ ആണ്, ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്ന കാര്യം തൊടുകളിലും പുഴയിലും മറ്റും അടിഞ്ഞു കൂടിയ ഏക്കൽ, ചെളി ഇവ നീക്കം ചെയ്താൽ വെള്ളം ഒഴുകി പോകൻ ഉള്ള തടസം ഇല്ലാതാകും, അണക്കെട്ട് കളിൽ അടിഞ്ഞു കിടക്കുന്ന മണ്ണും ചെളിയും മാറ്റിയാൽ അത്രയും വെള്ളം അവിടെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിക്കാൻ പറ്റും അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മുൻകൂട്ടി ചെയ്താൽ കുറച്ചു പരിഹാരം ആകും , പ്രശ്നം ഇതെല്ലാം ആര് മനസ്സിലാക്കുംഎന്നത് ആണ് 🤔🤔
