You need to order the data in spreadsheet before making the bar graph

@@dcpwebdesigners But the problem is in pivot situation it's not possible. So I need to get extra workaround and then make chart. That's not very user friendly for me. Whatever I think libre should add this feature like ms office have and thanks for the reply.

it would be more efficient if you started with a pre-populated spreadsheet. This is Chart tutorial, not spreadsheet tutorial.
