Tonight I'm installing LibreOffice, so your tutorials are going to be very helpful in bringing me up to current standards! I did some check and I don't think that is possible in libre office, you would need to create another column to identify rows by colour using a text label, the use that as the filter

pieter cloete no it’s not impossible, there is a truckload of applications that can download this video or even websites just go to your browser and search for “UA-cam video downloader”and I am 100% sure you will find something that works. I personally use Tubidy on my IPad so I can download videos and watch them whenever and wherever offline
As of 2021, Openoffice has basically been orphaned; no updates for years. LibreOffice is much more modern, as of now, version 7.x.x. is what is being used.

Not sure you can do that in Libreoffice, I know it's possible in excel, I will research more

How do you DELETE columns ? Lets say.. From G and get rid of the infinity lettering
+MetroplexC70 you can not permanently delete a column.
+DCP Web Designers you can right click on the column delete and delete but this will only remove the content from the cells below...
if you input from 1 to 20000 in a column, how do you do it easier?...do you keep dragging with the mouse down? or can I do it easier?
