  • I am Arun Muthyalampally ACE certified Personal Trainer. This video is about Reverse Plank On 2 bench With 1 Leg.
    The reverse plank targets the posterior muscles( lower back, glutes, hamstrings, calves, etc), and is often undertrained and underappreciated as you can't readily see it in mirror.
    The reverse plank engages all of posterior muscles, this workout can also be used as a rehab exercise to improve core and spinal stabilization.
    A strong and balanced core helps you maintain a healthy posture and have ease of movement in your daily life.
    When it come to lower back health and rehab, most people think about training their core, and neglect the lumbar extensors in the back.
    Adding these simple strengthening exercises will help you in strengthening your core and posterior chain.
