Old Movie Toys VS New Movie Toys #Transformers
studio series
bumblebee
sideswipe
Just letting you know, the guns on SS Sideswipe can fit under the roof in both modes, gives it a much cleaner look without doing the “extra exhausts then remove to transform” thing
I knew if the storage you're mentioning, but was like "huh? Well I like that!" When I saw his way, but still good for people to be aware of all options.
Like the backpack of sideswipe ss
Lost one of my guns for my sideswipe I'm really 😥
I found that out after I removed the back kibble lol
I actually didn’t know of the exhaust method for months and kept in under his hood Bcs to me they looked like seats and made the inside more carlike
The thing that wins me over on Cannon Bee is that it has a semblance of an interior. Like the sort of dashboard and seats were cool
I feel this is a unfair comparison. You should’ve used the best versions of the old figure (battle blade bumblebee and sidearm sideswipe) instead of the worst bumblebee the the wrong sideswipe(I absolutely love the dotm sideswipe)
I used dotm sideswipe cause of the shared engineering, and I used rotf canon bee cause it was the first rotf bee (and battle blades is an hftd toy that I don't have)
@That Toy Guy UHM ACKSHUALLY the first RotF Bumblebee was a direct repaint/retool of 07 Bee with a new head, cannon, and vehicle parts.
Actually I feel a more fair comparison would be with the most "average" versions of each mold instead of the "best". With the vast amount of Bumblebee toys that hit the market back then, the Battle Blades mold was only used twice (the second time being a Japan-only thing in AoE). Whereas the Cannon Bee/07/RotF mold was used a LOT more, to the point of it even showing up in the DotM toyline.
In his defense, an "old vs. new" comparison between movie toys is a little more complicated compared to something like G1.
While *that* had two distinct periods where Hasbro was rebooting practically every character with modern engineering (the late 2000's with Classics & Universe vs. the late 2010's via the Generations line), the movie toys never had that split apart from just comparing Studio Series to whatever toys of the characters existed before.
I mean hell, have you *seen* how many Movie Bumblebees there are?
Funny story with the sideswipe toy:
I buyed it on a Target, and then took the car to the hotel with my family. I was around 8 to 10 years old. What i dos not notice, was that the sideswipe actually fell down and got stuck on the wheel of the car.
We rode from Orlando to Miami. And THAT MF STAYED ON THE RIM OF THE WHEEL ALL THE FCKIN WAY.
The DOTM Sideswipe actually got me back into collecting Transformers, found it at a yard sale for cheap. I still think it's a decent transformer
Even still, it was a disservice of him to use Dotm sideswipe as the comparison instread of Rotf Sideswipe, which is actually silver and shares more similarities with the SS sudeswipe
As someone who had the original DOTM Sideswipe, I still think that figure is on par, but I do wish that Dino was either a heavy Sideswipe remold and retool, or a Bumblebee Remold and retool. I gave this same mindset for other characters, such as Topspin and Roadbuster. Roadbuster should've taken the oh Topspin's transformation scheme just re-engineered, and Topspin? They were better off giving the original deluxe a new movie accurate paint job, guns, and re-realesed it for Studio series, much like how the original DOTM Starscream was polished up for the toyline
Edit: for another comparison think you can do the old DOTM wreckers vs. The new SS figures?
There’s a Takara Lost Age version of the DOTM Sideswipe I think it looks slick and makes the wonky ass mold for him (and Jolt) actually work
I used to have the ROTF sideswipe and I personally love the mold
Unfair that you didn’t compare to the revenge of the fallen Sideswipe. That figure wasn’t nearly as bland as the DOTM figure and would’ve been a better comparison
The best way to put it for this comparison is the first 3 movies knew exactly what they were going for which the first 2 movies experiment with adding variety through different characters and variations on existing sculpts and when the 3rd movie came they down size the scaling yet it tries to find its footing through its gimmicks. Studio Series will definitely be considered as the line that manages to give us brand new sculpts for the movie characters but for people like me there will always be figures from the older movie lines that exist because it was what we had back then. I can agree with everyone here that the comparisons aren’t exactly fair but I do understand that you did whatever you can to make this video possible. I’m looking forward to more of these videos.
What we need now are action master figures of the Bayformer figures that never had alt modes such as The Fallen, Ravage, and Scorponok (probably some others like Shockwave but his studio series is really great)
Basically just RED figure 😂🤣
Just love Scorponok's alt mode of "Look, he's standing up now!"
@@abloodcorpse3318he got peets lol
My issue with the doors on SS46 only came about by me physically removing the door (for whatever godforsaken reason I decided to do that), but the bigger issue was when the pin joint on his bumper snapped. That is irreparable.
When I was a young wee lad I would get the dotm Sideswipe alot and I cannot say there wasn't a single time the guns spring broke
8:09 Bumblebee "Hi there" Lol
Ok, I agree with you, the Studio series toys are obviously better, in details and proportions as you said.
But yeah, I like the older ones too, and some older versions of Transformers toys are pretty good to me!
one of the best and sincere opinions you have given, very good points on both sides and that not only talks about: "because the new ones are smaller and and and they use a lot of translucent plastic and and and and and and their plastic is bad and the ones from before are better
I hope they would retool the SS Sideswipe for Knightverse Arcee's Earth Mode. The profile, the way the feet have wheels, and seeing the possibility for tweaking Sideswipe's shoulder pads to be Arcee's back binders, it would be a bit of a bummer if they didn't do it.
I was thinking they could have used the sidearms sideswipe from HftD as the transformation could be retool to make the backpack issues most arcee have to be compressed into the torso.
Tho I'm sure it'll only work if it's upscale, just like the recent Third party mold of the Sidearm Sideswipe from last year.
but Arcee's Earth mode is a motorcycle
@@jonathand.4088 What Arcee are you talking about?
@@alfianfahmi5430 Rise of the Beasts is a sequel to the Bumblebee movie. Arcee is a motorcycle in Rise of the Beasts
@@jonathand.4088 It's a shame she's a tiny bike. We all saw the second movie and know what happened to the small motorcycle sisters.
F.
Yeah no, those older figure suck, Either the og rotf Sideswipe (very similar engineering to the ss Sideswipe) or sidearm sideswipe would've been a better choice imo. As for the old Bumblebee in this video, that's probably one of the worst molds Bumblebee ever had, even the 2007 mold was better looking.
I know you don't have them, but Dotm was a huge step down from the Amazing figures we've had previously. It's really unfair to use the budget cut version of Sideswipe for the comparison.
2006-2011 Mainline (Yes,
Including Cybertron, Classics,
1st 3-Films & Deluxe MechTech)
Were Around $12, Whereas
#StudioSeries Ones Are $30.
(Eventhough #SS86 Ones Were
Around $20 2-Years Ago??)
HEY TFTOYS! I love those folks! I shop there all the time!
I honestly kinda prefer the gorilla arms on movie Bumblebee toys simply because they worked that way in the movie. He dident have the giant arm guards on the sides of his arms, they were on the back, and as such I find the modern studio series 2007-rotf bumblebee mold really weird (amongst other reasons). But it would be neat if the wrists had a swivel on the gorilla arm Bumblebees so it wouldn't look so weird all the time.
The older bumblebee in this video sucks though, I know from experience. I think the best overall mold for movie bumblebee would be the nitro version, just if they dident go with the additional boosters and mechanical stuff.
The front end of the car for the SS is a huge eye sore the way it's painted, I'm surprised most people are accepting towards it.
i assume not many people cared because no one was really interested in the ROTF version
The way the ss74 chest work is amazing, yes, it has fake parts but as long as it makes the figure more accurate it's fine.
i love interior so i don't care if the transformer sucks, it immediately gets 10 extra points jsut because of that for me
Man, I really like the paintwork on the SS ROTF Sideswipe. I have the SS DOTM Sideswipe which had a lot of grey, so I've been customising him and he's looking really awesome now. But the figure itself is honestly perfect I think.
The gun storage on the ROTF one is mainly a carry over from the DOTM one, where the exhausts wouldn't exist without the guns being stored there.
Ngl I always find it funny how the worse toys in old movie lines... are the chracters that actually appear in the movies
Also on the transform nicer idea, I disagree because SS Deluxes in the main movie stuff are often extremely fiddily IMO and are overcomplicated in aspects because of the excessive molding to match models that realistically don't really need to match IMO given how complex they are and how they may be an extra expense in molding.
I actually really like that the Studio Series are mostly on scale in robot mode, it's something that was missing from the original toys.
The sideswipe from SS is really interesting. After watching reviews I’ve been tempted a few times to grab him when I’ve seen him in the wild. Only reason I haven’t is I won’t have anywhere on my shelves for him. I stuck with the Autobot team from only the first film (the only movie I can rewatch with the most limited cringe) I want to start a line up for the Decepticons from the first movie too but I’m in the process of buying more shelf space
You should get him. Sideswipe is one of the best autobots from the movies
In my opinion. Again this is just my opinion. I think sidearm sideswipe (either mainline or Walmart) is the best version that has ever been released. Runner up is human alliance because it feels like a masterpiece
Considering how MP figures still have backpacks, he totally qualifies.
Always hated my old cannon bumblebee figure, was young and didn't know there were other versions so this was my first bumblebee. The fact that it's only feature was the shoulder mounted cannons made this figure more boring. I'm so glad the HftD Bumblebee gave the mold more features and improves the mold itself.
So about a week ago i got a deluxe class 2007 movie bumblebee for around 7 dollars. He's pretty rad. He's not screen accurate at all but his back is not just the roof folding and siting there.
I just went to the store today and checked out the toys.
SS Sideswipe that's on the market now is a glorified, beefy Legends/Core/Scout class.
It looks like a dwarf with a tiny head LOL.
One thing that I hate to all ss bumblebee is the faux middle chest and lazy engineering to paint the rotf version into even black fairing (just replace the side headlamp and call it done)
I have the cannon bumblebee too
They reduce plastic quality and made prices higher for horrible figures using “advance engineering” as a justification
Just gonna say this, Mechtech sideswipe was a bit a dissapointed figure. When I ordered this guy like way back ago, it came and in 3 minutes later it's shoulder break! Talking about the rubby part of sideswipe shoulder.
And now I actually gained the Rotf SS Sideswipe and yeah... That Mechtech sideswipe is resting in it's box of useseless figure.
I Got MOST Of The 2007 Line
(Including FAB Bumblebee🐝,
FAB Prime, FAB White Ratchet🚑,
FAB Ironhide, FAB Megatron &
FAB Blackout) But ONLY Got
A Few ROTF; Skids & Scalpel,
FAB; Jolt/Volt & Sideways!
2011 DOTM MechTech Bee🐝,
Sideswipe, Mudflap (Black),
MechTech #SentinelPrime,
MechTech Ironhide (Red Redeco)
In comparison to the original dotm one the new sideswipe is great. But in comparison to his original rotf, side arm, or hunt for the decepticons (the one I have) it's more debatables since the hftd one has the best color scheme and his transformation is actually fun
I remember when I had the original DOTM Sideswipe, he was one of my favourite figures ever
Same
Honestly the weaker plastic doesn't bother me because I don't handle my figures like a monkey.
Though I do get how the plastic of old feels better.
Like my 2007 Leader Prime just FEELS GREAT.
Seems like you picked the worst versions of the original figures to compare to
Yoy should buy the battleblades bumblebee, It's a really fun toy
(To transform it you can move the head to have enogh clearance)
That's one I def plan on getting at some point. My goal is to buy every hftd toy
Bro when I was a kid the dark at the moon 2011 sideswipe figure I got The chest look like a fucking :-)
Somehow I didn't know about the weapon storage for SS Sideswipe in his alt mode. I recently had to put all my SS figures into a box to make room for more MP scale figures, and I just kinda tossed his guns into the box, with the mindset of "Eh, I'll find them later". Might have to dig them out now
When I was younger I remember my cousin having a side swipe but he never liked transformers so I don’t know if it was mine instead and I left it over there and forgot it was mine or not
I dunno man, I still feel that the 2009 - 2011 mainline of toys is overall better than SS due to the size, complexity and also staying true to film transformations (Leader class Sentinel actually having windows as a chest piece as opposed to SS Sentinel who is smaller and uses a fake chest that cannot transform, which I hate). Leader class Optimus Prime is the best film toy ever created due to how on point he is with the entire transformation and robot look! SS Optimus cannot compare, he just looks silly with all the fake painted parts and lack of film accuracy.
new bumblebee is just a smart design. i am annoyed by how toys are getting smaller, if they get smaller they should at least get cheaper.
If you want a better Bumblebee figure than the cannon version, battleblades Bumblebee is the way to go. He is super poseable, his joints and plastic are solid, his vehicle mode is more detailed with 0 panel lines and you can open the doors without leaving the back windows next to the doors themselves. Yes he is a bit lanky but only a bit and it's not like it's a problem when everything else is so amazing. He even has a flip out gun, axe and visor. It's such a good figure.
In this case, yes cannon Bee has some posing problems, but I'll take that over tiny with clear plastic. Yes, the studio figure poses better and that's cool but plastic and transformation come first in my book and cannon Bee uses 0 faux parts so he wins, but to be fair it wasn't too hard a contest.
Studio Sideswipe is an amazing figure but I still like the dark of the moon toy. It took me a while to do so but his seats are bigger to seat lego dudes, and yes the color is kinda ew, took me a while to get used to it as Sideswipe just getting old. Plastic is better too.
You can actually store the guns inside the car for SS Sideswipe where his pegs are to store them in robot mode. It can be obnoxious to do though, and I’m pretty sure you cannot transform sideswipe with his guns on his back from robot to car; you have to put them in half way
The wife got me the studio series Sideswipe yesterday. She did that because I told her that Sideswipe was my very first transformer when I was a kid. Obviously I was talking about the Lambo one, but the thought is awesome. I did tell her about the mix up, but also expressed how cool I thought it was that she'd been that thoughtful. I gotta confess here "certainly not in her presence lol" that I don't particularly care for the figure. All of the points you make about paint apps, and the rear panels being the chest, about the overall look in both modes, yes I agree completely with. Here's the biggest gripe of the couple I've got. Those very same chest/rear quarter panels... Yeah, I've popped at least one off every time I've transformed him, which isn't or 5 times. Have you popped one off and had to reattach it? For poos and fiddles, give it a try. Hint, a cannon is your friend throughout the adventure. Take breaks, and stay hydrated. It's quite a journey. The feet. I love the details in them. Apparently all 4 brake rotors and calipers end up on his ankles. I've already painted my silver with red calipers lol. But the I guess we'll call it heel spur? Doesn't stay in position well at all, and I find myself going to tweak a pose, only to have him fall over and go from a kickass stance, to epileptic seizure, in a half second. The arm blade don't hold the side of the car together well at all, and then the gaps. You, EmGo, myself, and every single other reviewer I've seen with the guy, CANNOT get rid of those gaps above the back wheels. I can come very close, but they're still blatantly obvious, and no sooner than I get them perfect. Pop, off comes the whole bottom side of the car.... DAMMIT!! Onto the good, which despite my agitation clearly present in the cons section, actually almost outweigh the cons. That finish! OMG! They managed a deep, beautiful, semigloss, true metallic silver on this little dude. Just stunning. The attention to detail? The suspension of the car, postponing in and out as you move the robot legs, the aforementioned rotor and calipers on the feet, when the heel spurs cooperate, despite having non brakes wheels for feet, he's still quite stable, and even considering the reverse oriented knees, very expressively poseable. The paint apps on all those gorgeous molded in details is lacking, but a plus for myself as I like doing my own anyways. So lack of paint is a bonus to me. Overall he's the only "bayberse" bot I own currently, but I'm going to display him alongside all my wfc, ss86, thrilling 30, and bumblebee ss figures. He looks a little out of place, but not so bad, somewhere close to b127 in bot mode, and especially when in alt mode alongside kingdom Tracks. I have a huge diorama I display my guys in, usually in a battle scene, and I've already gotten a killer still of him going between NBK Devistator's legs, slicing through his ankles, from underneath, so bad ass! I even managed to make it appear as though he's skating through. Wish I could share that here, oh well. Here's a link to my diorama for anyone wishing to see. Don't care about subs and likes, but I would love feedback..
Link in the reply comment. I can't cut this. Then copy the link to add back doofus lol.

Glad I didn't lose all that half a poops worth of typing lol
I remember seeing this image/video of bumblebee where the arm guard became his arm cannon.... i don't remember where I saw it tho and I would've loved to see it in the movies
I recently got a studio series bumblebee, Ironhide RC and wheel Jack and personally I think that series of who looks pretty good too it's got like the G1 aesthetic but also like live action realistic looking, a couple joints were a little loose on Ironhide and wheeljack but I was able to tighten those up a bit, the RC on the other hand has a little trouble with standing sometimes just because of the way her legs and feet are engineered
I honestly prefer the old ones because they barely fell apart
They don’t fall apart tho
@@coolerreviews6580 depends on how aggressive you play with them whenever you're a kid
@@GeoQueenNavia I mean I have the both of them and I messed with them to my hearts content, nothing broke or his floppy
8:09 BUMBLEBEEFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFff
I prefer the old rotf sideswipe over the new one, but I think the ss bumblebee is the best they ever made outside the mpm
i like the door transformation on canon bumblebee and the transformation between the bumblebees look pretty similar to me
When you compared the robot modes… damn. I own both of the ss figures and I knew what the robot modes look like on the old figures but damn ss looks SOO much better. So cool how movie toys have evolved
i really don’t like the size being made smaller its way more fidgety to play around with……
Will you check out my 3D Unicron Trilogy designs????
Hello and I am second
I think the dark of the moon sideswipe has better feet as they are supposed to be roller blades. Though the studio series would be perfect if the support went somewhere else in car mode to let it roll better and if the front of the car could fold up in robot mode.
optimus and sentinel (ss) vs optimus and sentinel (dotm original)
That studio series bumblebee kinda rubs me the wrong way, cause the paint is almost there, but they didn't paint the hood scoop and the grill properly, so it looks super duper weird. And in robot mode it still has a ton of faux parts that just sit there on the back making the robot feel unbalanced and claustrophobic, you can say the old toys had kibble and they didn't look the best but still, the absence of an entire hood peeking behind his head on them is a huge win
I enjoy these videos a lot, it’s cool to see the old toys vs the new ones
SS no question, would like to see a old g1 based Optimus and ER Optimus (if u have him) or a different color scheme. Also DOTM Starscream (Mech ALIVE) and SS one or a newer one if u have one comparison video
I painted my DotM Sideswipe and love him. I think he's the most painted TF I have. He's the only one I completely painted...
To me the SS version's shoulders look too big...
New SS Sideswipe is complete garbage. One of the worst toy I ever handled. I hate it so much that I returned it.
I still have my special Walmart repaint (blue and yellow) of ROTF Sidearms Sideswipe and he's so amazing.
Sadly I’ll always kinda look down on the studio series bumblebee molds. Every single one I have gotten has almost always had some sort of annoying defect and are really difficult to transform. From the Bumblebee movie bee to the classic camero bee to the modern camero bee in this video. Heck I had to break the front grill off the front of my classic Camaro bee just to make him transform right…
So I went to Walmart on black Friday and there was one studio series figure, rotf bumblebee, and one war for Cybertron figure, tracks, and I wish I got bumblebee cause tracks kinda sucks, I still regret it to this day
I favorite bumblebee by far since I can't see paying the price for the SS one is the human alliance bumblebee (mostly cause I found it at a yard sell for 5 bucks, only missing missiles and I already the HA barricade to go with it) but if where going deluxe size only then it would be battle blade bumblebee, granted I don't like how the arms move but other then that I feel it was the best bumblebee at the deluxe price point for the longest time and to be honest from what I've seen of SS bumblebee I feel BB bumblebee would still be better then most, not all of them but most of them
Fun fact most of the comments are long
SS sideswipe is honestly one of my favorite figures ever.
I highly recommend HFTD Sideswipe, which is not as accurate as the new one, but definitely more refreshing with its engineering.
Man I love the colors of the hftd one. Looks better than his on screen model and his car mode with the stripes and red window is just sexy
i love bayverse Sideswipe design and i REALLY love studio series toys, but for some reason my chest pieces on him are so stiff i almost broke it transformin him for the first time into the car mode i am so unlucky with the figures i like
I think if you got the Rotf sideswipe vs studio series, Rotf one would lose, it’s very top heavy too, mine’s chest doesn’t like to tab in :/
this is a great comparison, however i cant help but think that the two "vintage" figures you picked out arent really known to be good ones.
granted i dont know what figures you do and dont have but a comparison with, for example, between say: the hunt for the deceptions battle blades voyager prime vs the studio series rotf prime, rotf voyager starscream vs ss starscream, rotf voyager mixmaster vs ss mixmaster, these would all be cool to see the evolution.
(i didnt collect many of the car figures so thats why my suggestions there are voyagers rather than deluxes that i think kinda represented those older lines that have current ss figure equivalents)
SS06 Starscream would be fairer to compare to the DotM one; ignoring that DotM was a Deluxe and SS06 is a Voyager, it's been said that SS06 is largely an upsized version of DotM (engineering and transformation are allegedly identical).
HftD Voyager Battle Blade Optimus can go against any iteration of Studio Series Optimus (SS05, SS32, SS44), honestly.
@@DragoonMS i have the dotm deluxe and the studio series is the exact same thing but bigger and a couple extra bits in the chest (plus the kind of articulation you would expect from a voyager and not a deluxe). the ss is good but when compared to the rotf voyager i think its better because its a better show of how things have changed.
and i say the ss rotf prime to go against battle blades cuz the 1st movie studio series prime has some big accuracy problems in the chest
DOTM Darksteel. Hunt one down. he does the DOTM Sideswipe mould justice.
There are blind bag transformers that ALL are pooths. I think you would love them.
I hate the Rotf sideswipe mold
I actually have that the studio series dark of the moon sideswipe I think it’s basically like the same mold as studio series the revenge of the fallen but the body of the figure has like a lighter grey
I finished movie toy collecting but I still have rotf mech alive megatron and optimus and diecast cars
I want to hear your thoughts on Studio Series vs ROTF Soundwave.
Really hoping SS does redos or new takes on the orignal characters once they finish with the canon cast. Like the ROTF Lockdown, Seaspray and Mindwipe are some of my favourite TF designs, a SS glow up of those figures would go so well with the Bumblebee movie characters
SS Breakaway is pretty much confirmed from multiple reliable sources on TFW2005 (Honestly a good site for TF fans), and depending on how he sells Hasbro might give updates to other Bayverse characters relegated to toys or comics.
That is so cool and awesome love the movie toys
I like mixing with studio series and old movie figures. Like ss optimus 38 with hunt for the decepticons rescue ratchet and rotf brawn. Plus volgswkagen bumblebee and so sideswipe
I had a DOTM sideswipe, but the stupid thing couldn't transform from the dumb soft plastic joints that connected the shoulders. All that happened was the plastic warped horribly, so I had to throw it away.
Is it just me or is studio series rotf bumblebee more rare than every other studio series bumblebee? I never saw it in malls I only got the rotf sideswipe 🤔
Both ROTF and side arm Sideswipe look better and are more fun than the SS
Still have 2 overall problems with studio series that are really annoying. Smaller and smaller for higher costs, and the entire car is on the back of the deluxes. Every single one… feels kinda lazy
It's sad to see the death of the sedan, but I get why everyone goes to SUVs, to me, as long as I have the option of a non SUV car like the Civic or the Mazda 3 I'm fine :)
Yeah I got a copy Revenge of the Fallen Sideswipe and when I'm transforming it there's a concern amount amount of snap sounds Plus are the hood is missing from the thing so it's not complete Studio series figure is just better have copy myself and it's good
btw i found a rotf sideswipe off ebay for like 15$ (surprisingly)
Maybe I should grab ss sideswipe I don't mind the dotm mold its pretty neat imo, but that being said the actual sideswipe from that mold looks really bad just with the drab gray. Darksteel at least has a really solid color scheme to help him out I will say his mech tech was not well thought out at all he can't even hold them properly. And mine didn't even come with them so I just have the arm blades.
Me watching this video:
I hate how both Bumblebees look, and god I love DOTM Sideswipe
holy crap i feel like a grampa for something saying vintage on it from 2009.
studio series is a double edged sword you get better and more accurate figures(mostly) but they are way smaller and well you have to wait years before you get certain characters(seriously its been like 3-4 years and we're only now getting more bumblebee characters) and sometimes hasbro is lazy and just recolors a figure and says its a character when that character either looks completely different (dreadbots) or is triple the size of the original (grindor) yeah studio series hasn't justified its existence to me and a majority of the time it fails its entire premise of the best representations of characters for retail price
Sad to say my sideswipe weapons hate being pegged in vehicle mode, and his feet are also flimsly, worst is that it was like after I bought him at walmart, but still its not a bad toy ^^ mine was just a bad copy so I hope it doesnt happen to you, also I didnt even know you could peg the guns anywhere so thnks for showing me a spot to put them ^^
I HATE studio series bumblebee. His transformation is needlessly complex for a toy of that size and it feels so awful how the panels fold
As a kid I had the concept camero bumblebee. I know that’s not the one shown here for the old toy but I miss that figure. I thought it was the coolest shit ever. Just seeing a old bumblebee toy reminded me of it
In bumblebee personally I prefer the old one and in sideswipe the new one lacks a lot of paint
I love Transformers movie action figures i have the Bumblebee from Dark of the Moon and the last night and Grimlock from Age of Extinction :D
Cannon Bee was one of my first transformers so I just can't hate him. He's lost and his parts are all over the place, but I loved it as a kid
