@@amyrudolph3932 "U ACT like ur perfect" I what possible way did you take anything I said as me "acting like Im perfect" LMFAO.
If anything I am drawing attention to the fact that neither I nor anyone else is perfect and that if there were a LORD who created us he did a pretty spectacularly fcked up job of it.
Humans suffer pretty much every disease that any other plant or animal does. We can be infected by fungus, bacteria, viruses, a huge variety of chemicals, even saliva from insects which eats our skin and muscles digesting us from the inside out. Over 1,200 people die every day in the US alone from cancer which is just our own cells forgetting how to copy themselves correctly and making bad copies that don't work but keep replicating. If that one isn't the "LORDS" fault I don't know what is.
MILLIONS of people have chocked and died just eating food. Whales don't have that problem because they don't swallow food and breath out the same hole. Clearly if the LORD made whales and people he knew a solution to the problem and just chose to let humans die from suffocation now and then.
We don't even live very long under ideal conditions. Whats the oldest person? 135 or so? Meanwhile other animals can live for hundreds of years. Many plants and animals can even be frozen for years, thawed out, and continue their life. Humans get below about 80 degree internal and we just die. No coming back.
I could go on for pages and pages. The point is that if the "LORD" made us he did a terrible job. We suffer our entire lives beginning to end which is incredibly short. If a company put out a product as badly designed as our bodies there would be a class action lawsuit that would leave them bankrupt in no time. So next time you talk to the "LORD" you should demand a refund or at least that he honor the warranty... wait... no warranty? Damn, we got scammed.

I'm 78 now and have been yo-yo dieting since after I had my first baby. I would joke that I kept clothes in 10 sizes. A couple of years ago, I started to have trouble with urinary incontinence that the doctors could do nothing about. If I tried to limit my fluid intake, I was likely to get a urinary tract infection. Believe Me! That is Painful! I learned the hard way that the answer was to stay hydrated. I recycled some individual sized Gold Peak Tea bottles (16.9oz), froze each one half full with water (on the side), then filled up a frozen bottle each night at bedtime with water for an icy drink. I had extra water bedside so I could drink as much water as I wanted. I did it to avoid the pain of the infections, but the weight began rolling off. I haven't wasted any money on a scale, but I do know that that the jeans from 40 years ago are too large for me now. That's just from staying hydrated! Drink water (or flavored water) instead of eating.

I can say it is possible to do this based off my own experience. When I was a sophomore in high school I stayed at my uncles house over the summer who was a former college offensive lineman at ENMU. He helped me start a diet and workout plan. In the first week all he told me to do was eat the foods he made or I’ll make. Usually egg whites and turkey bacon on a bagel or oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. For lunch it’s either taco salad or grilled chicken and rice. And for dinner it would be the same things as lunch but also other things like steaks and having more greens on the side. And every day I would drink 1 gallon of water out of a jug so I know it’s a gallon. The workout was simply walking on a treadmill at the highest incline for 30 minutes a day at least. Just doing that I had lost 11.2lbs in just one week. I’m guessing it was mostly water weight but it was still a very significant weight loss in a short amount of time.

He drinks 5 20 oz bottle of waters every day and he has lost some weight and he doesn't watch what he eats but I believe that the water is what's causing him to lose the weight.

Ok, I'm just going to tell you.... You are my inspiration! I have ALOT .... I don't exaggerate... ALOT of weight to lose. I had a sugar scare in Aug 2020. My sugar was 600 and I was wondering why I was so tired all the time. I cured my "diabetes" with my own eating but I didn't loose much weight because potion control and time of day... etc. Now I'm going to cleans out my system and heal myself from my inflammation i.e. fat. I've been working out since Aug 2020 weight lifting but not a lot of cardio. I hurt my knee in April and I had to get a shot to help me move. I hurt my knee on the treadmill it was too fast for my stride. I'm going to be more careful now. Currently, I'm working out 6x per week 3 of those are with a trainer. I'm going to add walking so I can get 20K steps per day (that is going to be hard). I'm juicing my own veggies and some fruit. Mostly Kale, Swiss Chard, and Spinach & Celery. I have seen a great difference in the softness of my skin. So awesome. I told my doctor what I'm doing so he can be aware. I am going for a full blood screening on June 20th after I've been on this for 15 days . I'm only on Day 4 of this juicing. So hard because you fight your mind on any diet change. I'm determined to loose 130 pounds. I will take as long as it takes, but if I make the right choices for this body, I should be successful. So glad you are sharing your knowledge with us. You are really helping me. Thank you!

I wish you all of the very best. You should buy a mini trampoline because if you can work your way up to 20 minutes a day you will lose weight all over evenly distributed. My mother is a dietitian. Her many years being in this profession has shown that too much weight loss, too fast not only is NOT SAFE, but usually DOESN'T LAST and people then gain more weight than they first tried losing.
A pound a week. And if you are in your forties and older, losing too much weight too fast leads to the skin not being able to bounce back and you are left with a mass of hanging skin.

I eat 2 meals and a snack a day in a 3 hour window. So far I’ve lost 24 pounds, 211 now at 187 in 11 days. I’m only eating on Mon, Wed and Fri. Typical meal day is 3 eggs, one bratwurst with mustard, one cup of homemade sauerkraut and a 32 oz kale, blueberry and Kifir smoothie. My snack is 1 cup of homemade full fat kifir cottage cheese with cucumbers and kalamata olives. 2nd meal a big spring mix salad with cucumbers and mushrooms and a 12 oz steak. Zero sugar or sweeteners in my diet. Just started weight lifting again too. My target is to get to 170 then start more intense workouts to boost my metabolism and gain some muscle mass.
