Im starting to see many other indie developers actually can make farming simulation games with much more effort and features than SoS.

Making things as PG as they can, no one dies or anything. Hell in A Wonderful Life/Another Wonderful Life on the Gamecube you could get old and then die and the kid takes over the farm. The animals also had some saddening deaths as well.
