However, during the 2nd rise things started looking a bit better, then with the final rise, they looked like they might come out good…maybe 😆 But then I baked them and magic happened 😍 I’ve been baking for a couple of years now, and bread is my passion. I have baked baguettes that take 2 days (my favorite), I’ve baked every type of french roll, sliced bread, baking with a poolish, banana bread, soft pretzels, etc. and I am blown away! This is in my TOP 5 of bread that I love! ❤ Thank you so much for sharing it with us! 🌷🫶

I noticed the eggs appear to have more yolk and less whites, I have found the difference in my baking when buying eggs as well.

저도 가염 버터를 사용하는데 소금 안넣고 해도 간이 맞아요.
가염버터를 사용해도 만들 수 있지만 가염버터는 브랜드마다 소금함량도 다르고 소금이 얼마나 들어있는지 정확하게 알 수 없어서 베이킹 할때는 무염버터를 사용하는게 좋다고 하더라구요~
