Hi, Don't do it. I moved here in November and I'm on the market already. It's a con. A town board member actually told me they believe they are entitled to "Yankee money" . Only after you move in they hit you with the fees in the thousands. Traffic is insane and crime is rampant .
You don't need gated communities to be safe and traffic out the ass doesn't make living there bearable. Too many people crash and get hit by cars here.

If you like cul de sacs, gated neighborhoods, one congested main road and white people then Lakewood Ranch is your place!
