Good video as always. I appreciate the housing build knowledge. This doesn’t seem like it will be a big rain event but the wind is another story. I’m in LWRCC so those trees are a worry for me. Be safe.
Sorry, off topic...who built your pool, it's beautiful. On topic: Moving into our new home in Toll Brothers Monterey in three weeks...hoping for the best, I guess we'll see.
In retrospect, with Global warming, Florida made a Big mistake allowing building on every sliver of land available, to include all these keys, and islands, and Peninsulas. I know everyone wants to live on the beach, on the water, but these Homes, and condos getting hammered by Storms, and storm surge.
I hope you can put a video out soon showing that everything went well.
That’s coming today! (I hope)
Thank you for posting this info.
Glad it was helpful!
Very interesting video, thanks. What percentage of Lakewood Ranch residents leave in a time like this? Do most stay?
I would say that most stay.
Appreciate the update. Stay safe and good luck.
Thanks, will do!
Hi ! How you think this hurricanes affect the home prices for new homes in Lakewood ranch ?
I think we’ll have to wait until after the storm and make that determination. I don’t see it having a long lasting effect.
We are not in Lakewood Ranch but close to IMG Academy. Thank you, much appreciate the update.
Stay safe wherever you are
Any updates? Did you have much damage. Hope you are safe!
I plan on the update today

Agree 100%. Wind is a concern and not so much rain.
Thanks for the very informative video Mark. I will share as always. Stay safe.
Thanks Jim!!!

Yes, the waterfront properties are taking a beating.
