- Turok 2 Seeds of Evil is a fantastic game, and even better remastered! Everything looks great and runs at 60fps fairly smoothly. It will be ~10 hours of gameplay for an experienced player, and more if this is your first time playing. To me, it was worth every bit of money I spent on it, but if you're wondering if it's worth it, feel free to watch the videos and see some gameplay! It's one of those classic games that plays sort of like Doom. The story is minimal but it's definitely interesting that a "dinosaur hunter" Is saving the universe from a nearly all powerful being known as the Primagen.

Shoot the birds I never would have thought. 20year mystery solved. Thanks.
I found that out on accident just messing around.
You all probably dont care but does someone know of a method to get back into an instagram account..?
I was dumb lost my password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me.
@Jaime Boston Instablaster ;)
@Eduardo Declan Thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and im trying it out atm.
I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Eduardo Declan It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
The memories flooding back when my brother bought this game home to play on the N64. Love the score and the various weapons in this game!
The Oblivion portals scared the hell out of me when I was a kid. I wouldn't even go in them.
This series helped me out a ton on my way to the platinum trophy on the PS4. Thx a lot and GG!
Thank you for the upload!
So far this is the best walkthrough.
Very fun and interesting to watch your playthrough. Ty!
Cerebral bore was one of the most vicious gaming weapons ever. That's still true.
True, but I always loved the Razor Wind
In the game Rise of the Triad there is a weapon called the "Flame Wall" that lets you fire a giant moving wall of flame that incinerates all enemies into smoking standing skeletons that is pretty vicious too.
@@stevecucamonga But the bore is drilling the enemies brain 😳😳😳
What about the tranquilizer gun and the war blade in combination? Sleeping decapitation
Armed and dangerous Shark gun is a close runner up
i bought turok in december 2019 on switch and just played through it during quarantine. watched all of your videos as i played. loved it. but now to get the 2nd it’s $20 when i spent $8 on the first when it was on sale. 😩 i’ll be buying it when i get the money and i’ll get right back to your channel.
10:15 You didn't show people that you could shoot down the nets of crates to get free LOOT. Awesome vid dude!
i couldnt finish it when came out in n64, but i just finished turok one and now i hope i can finish it , and with your help i know i can do it!
I just discovered your channel and it is great
The checkpoints will load you up with explosive shells as well. Great video!
Such a legendary game....I love it.
Playing this currently after 20 so yrs from when I first played it and thank you so much sir
I still love this game . I am it on the nittendo 64the original version. Well over 20urs later from my teenage yrs still love this game . These videos help alot for things I either didn't know or forgot.
Man I played this game in n64 and I can't never got to open that door now i got it thank you man
Thank you for the door at 15.46. That thing have been bogging me for years
the checkpoints also act as warp points in the remastered version of turok 2 if you go into every checkpoint you can warp between them.
Thank you, that was very helpful.
Time for you to play Turok 3 - remastered! :)
Your videos helped - thx
Literally, I don't think I ever legit played this game without cheats and level warp as a kid. Now I'm playing 20+ years later and have no idea where in the actual fuck I'm going. I have 2 kids left to find and have no earthly idea where they are, so I had to look at this. I also don't know why they didn't release Turok 3 with these and I hope at some point they do. It was my favorite. Anyway, thank you!
Your wish came true. Whatever console you’re on, look up Turok 3 in the store. You’re welcome.
3 is out brother!!!
Hell yeah man thanks for this
Dude, I'm a Pro at Turok 2. I've been Playing it since my Dad got an N64. It was one of the First Games we had. And we Still have the N64 and the Original Turok 2!
Her name is Adon, btw.
Loved your walkthroughs for Turok 1 and 2 remastered, found them super helpful. Will you be doing walkthroughs for Turok 3 remastered?
Legendary. You got a like
FPS with adventure features are all awesome. :)
Don’t forget to shoot the crates the cranes are holding up. They drop loot man, learned that on the N64
Thank you!!!
I'm excited to see turok 2 remaster. I'm excited to see hive of the mantids remaster because that was one of my favorite level
Hi, I really enjoyed your style of walkthroughs for Turok 1 & 2, how about one for the new nightdive studios Turok 3 - Shadow of Oblivion. Hopefully see u soon m8.
Didn´t you complete the place at the right at 17:29? There was an entrance to a place where it seems you need to make a big jump to get a thing
some reason I really have a problem with jumping in this game and cant grab onto the ladder or that ledge to get one of the sercrets.
Just got this game on the switch i love it. Just need 007 goldeneye 64 and im set
You can also shoot the netted cargo hanging around the boats for supplies
That flashlight works way better than in the switch version... there it's really just lighting up your feet.
I was confused as hell. Thank you for showing me that I needed to kill the birds.
I'm really enjoing this idea here.
It was nice to watch you play metroid, and now its even better, because you went with the "walkthroug" thing.
Something about seeing the secrets beign found and the game beign 100% complete just give me an sort-of internal pleasure, i think its nice (not gay at all)
Keep up the good work, chris!
I AM TUROK!!
600, thanks for the help
i got the feeling that there was more fog on this level :) where it is now?
Is it just me or do enemies have less health on Normal than on Hard? Haven't tested it out on Turok 2 (it doensn't have mid-game difficulty changing) myself, but it looks like there is in this video here and enemies seem to have less health on Normal difficulty compared to Hard for Turok 1 (which does allow mid-game difficulty changing).
Maybe I just suck at getting headshots.
if i remember correctly from my play through on hard it doesn't change their health just the amount of damage they deal on you and probably how much ammo you get. I know tho that on the hardest difficulty you don't get extra lifes.
Core memories :)
I couldn't find the Primagen Fight video, did you skip it?
Btw you can make the ai fight each other which was super cool. All you gotta do is make them hit each other and they will aggro towards each other . Works on this level not sure if it works on other levels.
I love this one so much more than the 1st. Many would disagree but the 1st gets hella monotonous the way every level looks identical
I prefer the first because it's not nearly as sluggish to play; less bad input lag and a framerate that's acceptable.
Tengo el turok y turok 2. Xbox Series ❤. En su momento lo jugué en N64😊
Turkey noice @ 16:45, also secret area lol
Do you need to get all the secrets to progress?
Not including beacons and children?
Feathers are essential to get in this game
I think those small dinosaurs you called annoying are compies
on hardcore the enemy pattern is different and i find it pointless to play easier because headshots will kill
great guide. Chapter Marks would be improvment.
I'm confused about the small squares half white half yellow or gold, what are they?
they are like the coins in mario...100 gives you an extra life
6:25 There is gud blushing out.
What the actual ________ does the greenish pistol thing shoot? Poison gas? Does it actually do anything?
it's a flare gun it is meant to be used where it is dark but i always thought it was useless at least on the remaster.
It's funny that you sound like professor chaos from South Park
I’m stuck on this level. I can’t find the last child 👦.
I just came
I have noticed that they added more areas in the game compared to the n64 version 10:28
The endtrails are aids especially in hardcore
I really wish I could find someone who timestamps they keys in turok walkthroughs. I always get stuck on a key in at lest a couple levels. This means I either spend 40 minutes or more mindlessly backtracking and looking EVERYWHERE in these level segments, or spend up to 40 minutes watching an entire 100% playthrough of the level just to see one key... Timestamps of the moment you pick up the key wile having the Map opened would be infinitely valuable in these walkthroughs for people, because Turok 1 & 2 are notorious for getting stuck on keys. I think I'll start marking the times down and just comment them on videos for the next time I need them in a year or two when I play again lmao
You know you do have a melee clawed weapon, right?
The Game Knight's Bestiary
Turok 2: Seeds Of Evil: Chapter 1
Query: What is a Dinosoid?
A Dinosoid is a genetically engineered, cybernetic dinosaur-humanoid hybrid, to put it bluntly. They have popped up all over Galyanna (The local name for The Lost Land) since before Tal'Set Fireseed set foot in this strange land. And, for very good reason, are feared throuout The Lost Land.
While Tal'Set fought two kinds of Dinosoid in his two adventures, which were his war against the racist ex-soldier Tobias Bruckner and later his battle against The Campaigner and his armies, the ones his descendant Joshua Fireseed fought against are a whole new level of terrifying and ingenious. They are, as Adon would put it, utterly evil, very dangerous and frighteningly clever.
While ferocious and almost savage, these Dinosoid hybrids were designed by the horrific alien mutant known as The Primagen to also be highly intelligent and disturbingly cruel. Worse still, though they serve The Primagen willingly, they see it as the means to an end, which means they serve him to further their goal: To see humanity wiped clean off the face of not just Galyanna, but also Earth. For all my research on this subject, I have yet to find a rhyme or reason for this genocidal hatred for humanity, as the rebel Dinosoid factions have no clue as well.
In my travels into The Lost Land, I have discovered a small, but significant, group of these hybrid Dinosoids, of which I will log the findings here. This way, any fellow Gamers exploring the Gamerverse will not be unprepared in case they run into these horrific beasts.
Raptoid
Height: 6 ft. Weight: Approx. 165 lbs.
The Raptoid is the lowest-ranking Dinosoid in the ranks of The Primagen and his army, and are a hybrid of the unknown humanoid species and a Velociraptor.
Appearance
They are covered in yellow and black, smooth scaled skin, with two enormous claw tips on their feet and three-clawed hands. They have a black, rooster comb-like frill which extends from the top of their heads to the lowest point on their backs. Raptoids have slitted eyes that can sense motion in dark environs, and razor-sharp, pointed teeth. They have a very athletic build, and are unsurprisingly great climbers due to this.
Behavior
Like all of The Primagen's Dinosoid soldiers, they are unrelentingly vicious and sadistic, with a very predatory nature. Oddly enough, though they run faster on two legs, they scurry around on their hands and feet, as if standing hurts them if they run too fast for too long. As they were engineered with higher intelligence, they can figure out difficult puzzles and traps with terrifying speed and ingenuity.
Tactics
These Dinosoids are the grunts in their hierarchy, but that doesn't mean they can't be dangerous. With their athletic build, the can dodge projectiles like arrows and small-arms fire surprisingly quickly.
How to Hunt
As I just said, Raptoids are the grunts in the Dinosoid hierarchy. Foot soldiers and fodder. But that doesn't mean they aren't dangerous. Those claws are sharp, they have a nasty bite, and they have some very acute senses. Being based on an alpha predator does have it's perks. I've seen soldiers and even fellow Gamers torn to shreds for underestimating these little terrors.
However, they are easyer than most to take down, once you know how to combat them.
First, keep this in mind: They aren't the fastest creatures in The Primagen's ranks. Because of a genetic fault in the engineering/breeding, they can't run upright for very long, otherwise it causes immense pain in their spine and back. Even so, they have a nasty leap attack. So be quick on your toes.
Secondly, for all they're acute senses, they aren't the most aware of Dinosoid species. They still can't smell or hear you any farther until they know your scent/footsteps.
And finally, DON'T think the water is safe. These assholes are VERY good swimmers, and can BREATH, yes BREATH, underwater. However, they can't swim supper fast, and their senses aren't quite so keen underwater.
Now, going up against a Raptoid is fairly easy, if you know what kind of weapons to bring. Here's my trusty guide to what works best against them.
Pistol: While Raptoids can dodge projectiles fairly quickly, Mustang, my trusty .45 1911 could, if fired quickly enough, be a good choice, as they can't dodge TOO often. Still, patience is key.
Shotgun: The. Ideal. Weapon. My trusty 12-gauge, Agatha, was a Godsend because of the buckshot spread being able to counter the damn dodge Raptoids do. Close range? Bring out a shotgun. Explosive shells are a good bet, but wasted on them. Use buckshot or birdshot.
Bow/Tek Bow: Silent, but deadly. Not the ideal long-range weapon, but good for silent kills in a Dinosoid stronghold. Tek Arrows are wasted, though fun.
Sniper Rifle: The ideal long-range weapon. The built-in silencer of the Galyannian Plasma Rifles sniper mode is the best way to take them out. Still, be careful.
With these tips, Raptoids should pose a minimal threat. However, don't get too cocky. Even with the best plans and gear, you can fall to even the weakest foes if you underestimate them.
It's weird because the pistol sucks in this game (on hardcore), I start the game using the bow and save pistol ammo for snipering lol.
didnt you know that you can make them fight? just make one to hit another so they will fight
Christ I miss Nintendo power strategy guides.
Normally I hate people talking in they're videos...but I haven't played this game since I owned a( Nintendo 64) lmfao...but I TOTALLY need to know because I can't remember....the symbols...warter,fire ect.....in the port I missed getting the key that goes in the slot in the middle area of the portal area with all the level portals....SO I NEEDS TO HEAR IT lol

Hey
Very weird in comparison to turok 1
What is with the indicators? Guess they figured it would make it a bit easier, that wasn’t in the original and I remember just exploring every inch of the maps trying to find every little thing! I didn’t know they remastered it and people play it online…… might have to get in on that!
LOVE THESE GAMES BRO!!!! remastered is AWSOME....but the turok they came out with for xbox 360 was absolute GARBAGE!!!! I didn't even bother beating it...because its NOTHING like the first 2....no PRIMOGEN and so on...so..NOPE...there are ONLY 2...1 and 2...other the. That..LIVE THIS GAME
