Hard-core OG/old school Bleach fans like myself did cause I wrote this when it’s 1st episode premiered-
10×10×10 = 1000.
10 years on the 10th day of the 10th month for an arc adaptation that’ll be 10/10.
Was it all just a coincidence, or was it inevitably prophesied and planned from the beginning? The truth lingers just just like the meaning of BLEACH that will be fully realized.
To all those that fought for Bleach’s return, never gave up hope through all the hate and slander as well as realizing how philosophically deep, mature, multilayered, abstract and complex nuanced it is, this is for you. If all things are truly in place, the anime will finally reflect and surpass the manga as the superior canon. It’s reputation will be rectified.
This arc will remind and prove why Bleach was in the Big3 dominating all these NewGen with a vengeance in full force.

This is one of the rare cases where the anime is not only doing the manga complete justice but it even surpasses it in some ways. You can see the love that went into this adaptation. This is how you send off one of the kings of shonen!
The anime has always been better than the manga because the manga always dragged. Each episode is like 3 chapters
@@Thehardtruth69 What are you even talking about? Did you watch the anime during the hueco mundo arc? Half the episodes were the recaps and running around, it dragged out a lot of scenes (especially Szayelaporro and FKT). The current anime adapts 4 or chapters per episode

@@tyleryelvington6423 It is actually the opposite, Bleach is but a cheap nostalgia trick. Any characters and narrative they tried to push past the Soul Society arc were disappointment after disappointment.
Bount - hard to call it disappointment when it did not create any expectations to being with.
Arrancar - everything besides the central Aizen plot was disappointment.
Fullbring - no possible words from someone with a right state of mind can be used to express just how big of a disappointment it was.
To avoid spoilers I'll just say that the last arc could've focused on other characters' training and development, or give the audience more background on some of the stronger Sternritter, which they simply did not bother with. But hey, at least we get a closure of watching the manga animated after all these years, right?

The final episode of part 1, The Blade is Me... there hasn't been a word to describe something that surpasses perfection.
Really bummed "that" scene wasn't any better, I expected a lot more -- especially Nothing Can Be Explained to make a comeback as it did during their fight previously.

I can’t even be mad that part two doesn’t come back till Summer 2023. The first 13 episodes were so well made and beautiful that I was super excited yet satisfied with the ending of Part 1.

i had a friend who couldnt make it to the show. This was their favorite arc. And now that i see that the release date is in July. That’s their birthday month. Which really brings a smile to my face. ❤ rest easy bud

I was but a little teenager last time bleach aired. I'm glad I got to be around to see its return! That's all I asked for is to one day watch bleach again in animation. Studio Pierrot absolutely adapted this first part PERFECTLY. Sure there was cuts from the original manga, but the presentation and delivery are CINEMATIC.
There were cuts but there were also additions that made it more fleshed out to absolute perfection
Adapting TYBW well =\= adapting it accurately. Especially the end.

The way it goes down in the manga is an extremely unsatisfactory Deux ex machina. It already looks like they're fleshing that part of the story out so hopefully they can justify what happens in a satisfactory way.
63 chapters in 13 episodes are still the most shortened adaption i've ever seen, that's average 4.8 chapters per episode
To exist, of all possible times, in the times of Bleach is truly a privilege, and every anime, and especially Bleach fan, should thank the Universe at least once a day for this.

It’s crazy how only words and a few images can make me so hype for the rest of TYBW
Bleach has been my top anime since first watching it in 2007. Now I'm 30, watching TYBW and it's exceeded everything I had hoped, full of action, despair, emotion, beautiful visuals and music. Season 1/4 has been a real treat for the OG's who love bleach, and now shown it deserves all respect and acolades. To return as it has and punched it's way to the top, shows what a brilliant story it is.

I finally finished my journey with this spectacular anime, I started it on December of 2022 and now, after 2 months, I ended up here.
Definitely one of the best anime that I've ever watched.
Thousand Year Blood War is easily the best arc of all.
Pretty much same with me, I finished it last week and just finished TYBW part 1 yesterday. It’s been a journey. I skipped the fillers and just stuck to cannon stuff, and it was a wild ride

The greatest anime comeback of all time. I didn't read the manga, and I only watched up until the defeat of Aizen, but when I heard it was coming back I had to get caught up so I could watch Thousand-Year Blood War. The way this new season filled in so many gaps and elaborated on Ichigo's lineage and how his father and mother met was just amazing, not to mention getting his new Zanpakto. Absolute banger. Can't wait for the next season.

Started bleach in 2020 as my first full anime and been watching/ re watching ever since. It’s so close to my heart and sets my soul on fire. Ichigo’s spirit fuels me in the face of adversity. It was meant to be and just happened to be the anime my boyfriend chose to introduce to me.
Can’t believe I have wait until July to watch the next episode. The two episodes we got were bangers and the ending got me hyped. It better come out July 15 2023 because that would be the best birthday present ever.

BLEACH TYBW met and surpassed everyone's expectation to become, without question, the best anime of the season. Kudos to studio Perriot for their commitment to the show and the entire crew of this season cour. The final episode perfectly tied up the story and made us hype for the next cour, and from the looks of it, its going to be even better!!

Just saw the trailer and my birthday in july. I turn 32. I can't wait. I've been a huge fan of bleach since i was a kid. Sadly, i didn't read the manga, so i stayed hype to see the animation. I watch bleach so many times. Mainly, to listen to the open track that plays on every episode and changed every season or arc.

This trailer is just perfect. New remix of never meant to belong along with the voice lines. Core 1 was great, but core 2…. We are not ready, Kubo working on the script rn and it’s gonna be fire.
From what i read, there's new story beats, new Kido/Quincy spells and new Bankai techniques all being created by Kubo...Core 2 is gonna be a nuke on all our faces. :D

I disagree about pacing.
It’s too fast. So many things left out, fights seemingly cut short.
Dialogue rushed, character reactions left out.
That was entirely too much for 13 episodes.

I literally started bleach 2 months ago, brand new. Now I’ve made it all the way to blood wars. Man I have to tell you guys, a lot of emotions through this anime. Hands down probably the best anime out
I tried not to cry when I saw the end of the first season, I knew it would be back there for you guys from the media, my heart can't take it, thank you in 2023 it will come back stronger but even so I still can't believe my eyes 10 years waiting was this wonder and now the announcement of the second part less than a few hours played with my feeling I can only thank viz midia, pierrot, kubo sensei for making us fans see this animated work do your best, without haste we will be waiting with open arms.

It might be strange to hear for some people, but as a fan of Bleach I've been waiting for so long for the ending of one of my favourite stories of all time.
