They have done such a good job at concealing Ishidas strength in the series. The last time we saw a 100% Ishida was SS arc. In the Hueco Mundo arc he was like 50%-75% at best since he went immediately after training. And in the Fullbringer arc they kept him out of fights.
The " Thank you so much" is not on the episode, it was the voice actors at the end of the screening saying thank you to the invited people Also no, ikaku bankai won´t be stronger, it will actually be weaker since it was broken when it was used. Mayuri also confirmed that Akon was able to rebuild it to it´s original shape but it´s much weaker than before. This is all available information idk how you mess up this badly man
