I've had this truck for about 2-3 years and just now messing with it again, replaced all the diffs with the metal ones since the stock ones blew out quick, still holding up great and super quick. Great video, don't let these truck go bad over a diff. I got 2 metal ones from Amazon for $14, can't beat that. I replaced the diff about a year ago but I want sure if it was the plastic or metal one, come to find it was the plastic one, now that it has the upgraded diff hoping to see how long it will last now 🏁🏁🏁
Hard to say without knowing what ESC you are referring to, the one in the car, or a different unbranded one you bought? As far as we know, there are no programming options for the ESC in the 9125.
@@HobbiesDirect Xinlehong aren't the only ones selling these, there's two other brands that I've seen carrying these and their parts: Vatos and Hosim. Hosim is the one that's selling just the cups, and they also sell the cups that attach to the wheel
@@cheezyfriez12 In that case, you can do that! 😁 Although seeing as a whole diff assembly is $12, it might just be easier to swap in a whole unit and have new internals as well as just the new outdrives 🙂 But, up to you.
Hello, I have this rc car. Charging is so boring. While the socket of the battery that connects to the car is plugged in, the other charging end remains idle at the same time. Is it okay if I charge powerbank and usb to this socket at the same time (while driving the car)?
@@HobbiesDirect yes i agree with u they are durable but after 1 year they won't turn on. Ive had this issue with every xinglehong, amean I do use it quite often even after school
Easy diy job, and definitely go for the metal geared diff for the price. Nice "how to" video
For sure!

@@HobbiesDirect anw…! Im about to upgrade esc hobby 1080 G2 on this XLH and using tbs nano rx (boxer tx)… will it be good choice???
Crazy good car for the money. Just got new metal diff and gears, but cant get them off the drive shaft
Did it not come with a centre shaft? like this: hobbiesdirect.com.au/p/28581/xinlehong-sprint-9125-upgraded-metal-centre-drive-shaft-assembly-25-zj05a
@@HobbiesDirect no - just the gears - found out you just have to push real hard to get them off.

Is it possible to replace just the diff cups?
It is possible, but Xinlehong don't appear to sell the diff cups separately.

Hello mate! Can you make a video about the alloy diff and gear
And the steel version available on xinlehong official site!🎉 cool video
We sure could! What would you want to see in the video?
Awesome video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This car is durable but not reliable for long time
Amazing value for money though! We've found them to be super-tough for what they are. What problems do you have with yours?
