Why would you turn off TLS? Also, why not show how to configure using a cert?

I do have other videos that show the cert in my Exchange play lists. I would turn off TLS if I wanted to communicate with servers that won't accept it, but that doesn't happen often anymore. TLS optional is the way to go.
